One Last Hot Cocoa Treat Holder

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Lets face it friends ........ 2020 has been A YEAR and maybe one we want to FORGET and move on to 2021.   As a way of saying good-bye to 2020 today...... I've made some sweet hot chocolate treats to hand out today while I'm shopping.   It's just a little something something that I want to do for everyone who has HUNG IN THERE during this CRAZY year.  Let's jump right in with my share for today.
I had a couple boxes of these mini test tubes and thought they would be perfect to make some hot cocoa gifts.
The pattern for the actual packaging is my version of something that Glenda Calkins created for Halloween.  I put my spin on it and was able to make it so it held two test tubes and a Peppermint candy spoon.
The packaging is made with a 8" x 4-3/4" piece of Real Red card stock.  With the 4-3/4" side across the top of your 'Simply Score Board' score at 3/4", 1-1/2", 3-1/4" and 4".  With the 8" side across the top of your 'Simply Score Board' score at 2-1/2" and 3-1/4".
I cut my Designer Series Paper panels at 4-1/2" x 1-1/2" (that is for the inside of the holder).  Qty 1-pc for the front that measures 1-1/2" x 2-1/4".  And Qty 2-pcs for the sides that measures 1/2" x 2-1/4".
I made several versions of this holder.
And all the holders use the 'Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper'.
My sentiment is from the 'Warm & Toasty' set ..... And that ADORABLE little hot cocoa mug is from the 'Warm Hugs' set and die-cut from the 'Warm Wraps Dies'.
So there you have it friends.......
These will be handed out today while I do my
last minute New Year's Day dinner shopping.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a VERY SPECIAL New Year's Day post ........... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Thank You Card

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
Is your list of thank you cards that needs to be sent out as long as mine?  I'm finding I have LOTS of thank you cards to send out this year ........ And I was wanting a QUICK and BEAUTIFUL card to send to all those who gave me gifts this holiday season.  I used product found in the 2020-2021 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog along with the 2020 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog.  Let's jump right in with my pretty Thank You card..........
I just LOVE how this thank you card turned out.  I started with a Real Red base card and added a panel of Whisper White to the top of my card.
I used the 'Subtles Embossing Folder' to add a little bit of texture to the top portion of my Whisper White panel.......
And then added a panel of the 'Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper' to the bottom of the Whisper White panel.  Before I adhered that Whisper White panel down to my Real Red base card ....... I wrapped some 'Real Red 3/8" Sheer Ribbon' around the DSP seam and tied it up into a pretty knot in the front.
I used the 'Poinsettia Petals' set for my sentiment.  I simply LOVE how this sentiment is actually something I would say ...... And allows me to give thanks to all those family and friends who added me to their holiday gift giving list.   I used the 'Tailor Tag Punch' and 'Whisper White Embossing Powder' for my sentiment piece......and the White Embossing Powder was what I was most happy with.
I added some shine to the berries on the Designer Series Paper by using my 'Fine Tip Glue Pen'.
So there you have it friends.......
What do you think????

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more Holiday projects with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
To WIND DOWN the Holiday Season ........ I have a FUN Holiday gift tag cube to share with you today.   I used product from both the 2020-2021 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog ...... as well as the 2020 Stampin' UP! Mini Holiday Catalog. So...... let's jump right in with my fun little Holiday gift tag cube project.
This DARLING little cube of tags made the PERFECT hostess gift this Christmas.
I wanted to make something SPECIAL for someone who was swinging by to drop something off to me ....... But I was SHORT on time.  I came up with this little 2x2 cube that was filled with gift tags ...... And I must admit ...... It surpised me on how CUTE it turned out.
This cube has a belly band that slides on and off ........ And when you take off the belly band ........ there are 9 little gift tags tucked inside the cube.
I made 3 of each color ....... And used the 'Heartwarming Hugs' Designer Series Paper to accent the bottom of each tag.
Just couldn't be HAPPIER with the way this project turned out.
What do you think my friends????

Snowman Gift Card Holder

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
To WIND DOWN the Holiday Season ........ I have a FUN Holiday gift card holder idea for you today.  I used product from both the 2020-2021 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog ...... as well as the 2020 Stampin' UP! Mini Holiday Catalog. So...... let's jump right in with my fun little Holiday gift card holder project.
I have one last holiday gift card holder to share with you.
This gift card holder starts off with a 2-7/8" x 8" piece of Whisper White card stock.  I scored it at 4" and then adhered the two sides with some White Glue.
The gift card holder slider section of this card is a 2-1/8" x 4-1/2" piece of Whisper White card stock.  I scored that piece at 1/2" and then added my snowman hat to the top.
The hat was created using a 3-1/2" x 5/8" piece of Black card stock (that's the brim) ..... And the actual top hat is a 3-1/2" x 2-3/4" piece of Black card stock.  That piece is scored at 2" and folded over and attached to the black brim piece.
All that was left to do was attach the back top hat to the Whisper White holder.
Decorating the front of my snowman was just adding some eyes, nose and dots for his mouth.  And I punched out three 1/4" circles to add to the front ..... for his buttons.
And the gift card slides in and out of the holder without any issues.
So there you have it friends......
Does it get any CUTIER????

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more Holiday projects with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Gift Card Holder

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends
To WIND DOWN the Holiday Season ........ I have a FUN Holiday gift card holder idea for you today.  I used product from both the 2020-2021 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog ...... as well as the 2020 Stampin' UP! Mini Holiday Catalog. So...... let's jump right in with my fun little Holiday gift card holder project.
Do you have some end of the year gift giving you are still dealing with?  Well check out this FABULOUS gift card holder that Glenda Calkins designed.
Glenda shared this project back on November 10th and she did a video which shows you step-by-step instructions.  Here is the link to her video:  (211) Tuesday's Technique Create a Gift Card Holder in a Flash! - YouTube
And it fits a standard size gift card inside.
I used a thin Velcro closure to secure my holder closed.
My gift card holder is decorated with the 'Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper' and is topped off with the 'Gift Wrapped' stamp set and coordinating 'Gift Bow Builder Punch'.
This project would be perfect for any occasion .......
And you could use any Designer Series Paper to create your holder.

Hot Cocoa Cup Gift

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
To continue WIND DOWN the Holiday Season...... Today, I'm sharing a FUN Holiday Gift giving idea. I use product from both the 2020-2021 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog ...... as well as the 2020 Stampin' UP! Mini Holiday Catalog. So...... let's jump right in with my fun little Holiday gift giving project.
I wanted to create a gift that I could hand out this next week ....... and I came up with this ADORABLE hot cocoa treat.
The little cup was covered with 'Tis The Season Designer Series Paper' ...... And a package of hot cocoa was added to the inside of my little cup.
I found these DARLING Peppermint Candy Spoons at the Dollar Store ....... And I just added a Glue Dot to the back of the spoon and attached it to the handle of my cup.
I used the 'Poinsettia Dies' to create a FABULOUS poinsettia flower for the front of my cup.
Here's what the template for my cocoa cup looks like.  And the best part ....... If I wanted to make these and slip them into one of our standard envelopes ...... It works out great.
So there you have it my friends......
Can't wait to hand these out this next week and
wish people a Happy New Year.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more Holiday projects with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
