My blog post for today is Friends Friday.  On Friday's, I have the honor of spot-lighting some of the fabulous cards and projects that I received from Friends ....... Fellow Demonstrators ........ and Family.  Each of these creations are works of art........and it is with great pleasure that I share with you today some AMAZING projects that one very special friends shared with me how to make.
My friend and owner of the Scissors and the City Retreat ...... Sandy Bulgrin ....... Does a Make n' Take every day of the THREE DAY Scissors and the City Retreat.  This year she really OUT-DID-HERSELF on the 3-Make n' Takes.  On Friday she had us create this GORGEOUS shadow box page layout that turned out PERFECTLY.  We made a shadow box page about 6-years ago.......And I'm planning to switch that one out with this BEAUTY.
On Saturday ...... We created this OH SO PRETTY door hanger.  It looks AMAZING on my studio door.
And our Sunday Make n' Take was this BEAUTIFUL birthday wishes card.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a special Paper Pumpkin Saturday creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Happy Tag

 Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER PRETTY TAG.  Now that you have the details for my Tag Thursday creation for this week ........ Let's jump right in with my tag share for today........
One thing I know for sure........
Stampin' UP! two color purples are SO FANTASTIC!!!!
I started out with a White base tag and stamped my "happy" sentiment with Gorgeous Grape ink to the right hand edge of my tag.
Next, I got busy cropping out three 1" circle punch pieces in Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape.  I topped each circle off with a stamped and die-cut flower from the 'Pretty Perennials' set......
And added some of the OH SO YUMMY 'Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon' to the top.  I finished off my tag by adding some Gorgeous Grape Stampin' Write Marker stitching lines around the outer edge of my tag.
And there you have it friends.......
Don't you just LOVE IT!!!!

Baby Tug

 Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........
Looking to create a DARLING little baby card in no time flat ...... You can stop looking and get creating this fun little baby card now.  BEST PART.......This card looks AMAZING for either a boy or girl baby.
I started off with a White base card and added a panel of So Saffron to the front.  Before I adhered that So Saffron panel down to my card ..... I used my 'Simply Score Board' and created a 1/4" and 3/8" score line around the outer edge of that cardstock panel.  I also added a layering panel of 'So Saffron Designer Series Paper' across the bottom section of my card......For some added FUN!!
My sentmient panel was stamped with the 'Baby Pull Toy' set ...... And I matted that sentiment out with a layer of Basic Black cardstok.  To add a pop of WOW FACTOR to my sentiment ...... I die-cut some Real Red heart using the 'Detailed Hearts Dies' and added some 'Fine Tip Glue Pen' to each heart for some added SHINE.
My ADORABLE giraffe was stamped from the same 'Baby Pull Toy' set and I used my Stampin' Blends to color him in.
My finishing touch was adding some 'Resin Hearts Embellishments' to the front of my card ...... And this card was done in no time flat.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow with a Tag Thursday creation to share with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Rachel's Hydranga Box

 Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 'CASE IT TUESDAY'.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project that I found on the internet ....... And I created a CASE of that project to share with you today.  This project was SUPER FUN to create and I want to jump right in and share that project with you now.
If EVER there were a SUPER STAR Stampin' UP! Demonstrator that creates some OH WOW kind of projects ........ First place would hands down go to Rachel Tessman from Stamp Your Art Out.  She created this ADORABLE Card Holder With Pocket project and I knew IMMEDIATELY......I would be making one of these.
Here is the link to Rachel's blog post ........ And she shares a video on how to create this DARLING project on this blog post.  Hydrangea Hill All Star Blog Hop February 2021 - Stamp Your Art Out!
I used the Hydranga Hill Suite (like Rachel did) for my card holder.
The belly band for this holder just slides off......
And the inside holds two each of three different card layouts.
I also created a coordinating envelope for each card......
Just couldn't be happier with the way this project turned out.
I promise you......If you make one of these and give it away
You will make someone SO VERY HAPPY!!!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

You Are Amazing Upgrade

            Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Mix-It-UP! Monday, and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ..... But, I changed up a few things on my upgraded card to bring it up to the next stamping level.
Here's my Spot Light Sunday card from yesterday on the LEFT......
And my Mix-It-UP! Monday upgraded card for today on the RIGHT....
Before I start sharing my upgraded card ...... Once again ..... My Prada Girl has to be next to my side for everything I do.  I try like heck to sneak over to my photo box......but she surprises me every time and wants to supervise what I'm doing.
So the first upgrade I made for my card today was changing the orientation from Portrait to Lanscape.  I also created a fun little fold to this lanscape style card.
I started with a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" card and on the 8-1/2" ........ I scored both ends at 2-1/8".  This gave me a fun little tri-fold style card.
I used the same 'Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper' for both the top and bottom panels of my card.
On the bottom panel ...... I added two smaller butterflies that were fussy-cut from the 'Butterfly Bijou Desgner Series Paper'.
And on the top panel ..... I fussy-cut one of the larger butterflies from that same 'Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper'.
My sentiment is from the same 'You Are Amazing' stamp set.  But for this upgraded version ...... I used a Bermuda Bay 'Field Tiles' label and stamped my sentiment with VersaMark ink and sprinkled it with 'White Embossing Powder' before heat setting it.
So what do you think my friends?????
I'm just CRAZY IN LOVE with both versions.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a 3-D Tuesday creation with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

You Are Amazing

 Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends
Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a card I created using product that Stampin' UP! featured in a recent promotion.  This card uses the Designer Series Paper (that is now SOLD OUT).......But you could use ANY of the current Designer Series Paper and still achieve the same pretty look.  I'm thrilled with the way this card turned out and would like to share that card with you now........
LOVING this card to pieces!
I started out with a White base card and added two panels of the 'Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper'.  I put the lighter pattern panel on the right side of my card.......
And the darker pattern panel on the LEFT side.
I fussy-cut one of the butterflies from that same Designer Series Paper......
And added my sentiment.  I used the 'You Are Amazing' set and stamped that onto a die-cut frame from the 'Field Tiles Dies'.
Just couldn't be happier with the way this card turned out.
What do you think my friends????

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share an upgraded version of this very card with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Here's To You

 Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Paper Pumpkin Saturday ........... And I would like to share with you the project I created using the March 'Here's To You' Paper Pumpkin kit.   Here's that project.......
This card came together using the March Paper Pumpkin kit ...... And some Stampin' UP! cardstock.
I used a Pretty Peacock base card and cut off 2" from the front to make a swing flap style card.
I added a panel to the inside ...... That measures 3-3/4" x 5".
The front of my card is from one of the card fronts that came with this kit ..... And all I had to do was add two layers of cardstock to pretty up that panel.
My sentiment is from the stamp set that came with this kit.....
I added some 'Linen Thread' that came with this kit to the fold of this card ..... And tied it up into a pretty bow on the front.
Just adore how this card turned out......
What do you think friends????

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Spot Light Sunday creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Scissors Friends Pics

           Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Friends Friday.  On Friday's, I have the honor of spot-lighting some of the fabulous cards and projects that I received from Friends ....... Fellow Demonstrators ........ and Family.  Each of these creations are works of art........and it is with great pleasure that I share with you today some AMAZING projects that five very special friends made/gave to me.
Last weekend.......I spent the entire weekend with my Scissors and the City Retreat girlfriends.  We gather together twice a year (this is the first event in over a year I've been able to attend because of Covid) ....... And we pull out all the STOPS and scrapbook......laugh......drink.....and tell silly stories (okay.....Maybe I alone tell all the silly stories.....but there is plenty of FUN stories I've stored up over the last 16 months to share with these ladies).
When we arrive at the Scissors Retreat we hand out table gifts to all our friends......And check out the theme Donna Fritz and Kathy King created for this retreat.
They STUFFED the backpack (above) with LOTS of farm-style goodies.  They made a DELICIOUS sweet chix mix that was soooo good.  They also had a DARLING little chick box that was stuffed with M&M's.  We each got a little pie (mine went home to Jack) ........ Along with a SUPER CUTE face mask that followed the farm theme.  My face mask had a horse and tractor button on the front.  They even wrapped up a farm-style napkin so we (Jack) could eat our yummy pie.
My good friend and 'patner in crime for the Scissors Retreat' Gus made us this BEAUTIFUL little tea tin that had my FAVORITE Lorna Doone cookies inside.
Check out all the goodies that Jennifer Mennetti presented us with.
  SO MUCH LOVE!!!!
And my final gift was given to me by Melody Paige.  This OH SO PRETTY tumbler actually changes colors when filled with either hot or cold fluid.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a special Paper Pumpkin Saturday creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

It's A Girl

 Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER PRETTY TAG.  Now that you have the details for my Tag Thursday creation for this week ........ Let's jump right in with my tag share for today........
Just LOVE how this tag turned out.
I started out with a White base tag and added a panel of the Blushing Bride Subtles Designer Series Paper to the top.
My ADORABLE elephant was stamped fom the 'Baby Pull Toys' set ...... And I used my Stampin' Blends to color in that little cutie.
My sentiment also came from the 'Baby Pull Toys' set and I just clipped a banner flag on both ends before adding that to the top of my tag.  I used the 'Blushing Bride Metallic Ribbon' to the top of my tag ...... And just tied it up into a pretty bow.
So there you have it friends......
What do you think?????
