Birthday Card Holder

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is '3D TUESDAY'.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project that I created and want to share with you.   This project was SUPER FUN to create, and I want to jump right in and share that project with you now.
This fun little box was a CASE from the very talented Wendy Craford.  She shared this project several years ago as a recipe box ....... I thought it would be PERFECT to create and use as a Birthday Card Holder for my studio.  Here is the video that Wendy shared on how to create this DARLING box:  (34) Big Recipe Box feat. Truly Tailored Bundle from Stampin' UP! - YouTube
I wanted to update my birthday card holder I keep in my studio ...... And when I saw this ...... I thought it would be PERFECT.  I like to have the majority of my birthday cards for the year in one spot and this holder allows me to store LOTS and LOTS of birthday cards.
I used the 'Making Plans' stamp set for the sentiment on the top of my holder ...... And layered that onto several layers of the 'Stylish Shapes Dies'.
When you pop off the lid to this holder ..... There are 12-month cards spotlighting the upcoming birthdays for that particular month.
I printed out the month on my printer and then matted it with some Melon Mambo cardstock.  Each month is topped off with a Scallop Oval tab that was also created with Melon Mambo cardstock.
At the very back of this holder is plenty of space to store my extra birthday cards as I make them throughout the year.

And because my studio is PINK ....... I used some retired 'Pop of Pink Designer Series Paper' that I have been hoarding for projects in my studio.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

A Little Note of Thanks Upgrade

  Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Mix-It-UP! Monday, and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ..... But I changed things up to bring this card up to the next stamping level.
Here's my Spotlight Sunday card from yesterday on the TOP....
And my Mix-It-UP! Monday upgraded card on the BOTTOM....
I kept the same orientation for my upgraded version ...... And also kept the same White base card.
But for my upgraded version ..... I framed my base card with 1/2" x 5-1/2" panels of the 'Country Gingham Designer Series Paper' ..... And I arranged those around the outside edge of my base card.
I added three framed out squares of the same cardstock and arranged those around the center of my card.
I kept the same sentiment for this upgraded card.....
And added three 'Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems' under my sentiment.
So, what do you think my friends....
Do you have a favorite???

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

A Little Note of Thanks

I started this card off with a White base.
I added three panels of 'Country Gingham Designer Series Paper' to the bottom portion of my card.  Those pieces measure 1/2" x 4-1/4".
And above those DSP panels, I added three 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" squares.  I used Balmy Blue, Sweet Sorbet and Mint Macaron.
My sentiment is from the 'Sweet Songbird' set and I used Sweet Sorbet ink to stamp that sentiment.
The finishing touch was adding three flowers punched out from the 'Flower's & Leaf Punch'.
So, there you have it friends.....
What do you think???

Cookie & Tea Holder

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have another Saturday Sweet Treat packaging idea to share with you.  This project is a SUPER YUMMY, sweet treat packaging.  Let me jump right in with my share.
This sweet treat packaging idea was shared by the OH SO TALENTED Connie Stewart back in August 2019.   I created two versions of these holders.
The base holder is an 8-1/2" x 2-3/4" piece of Night of Navy cardstock.  That piece is scored at 3/4", 3-7/8", 4-5/8" and 7-3/4".
I used the 'Regency Park Designer Series Paper' to completely cover the top and two sides.
And inside the holder secures the tea and cookie treats.
My sentiment piece is from the 'Ringed with Nature' set ..... And I used the 'Petal Pink 3/8" Soft Polyester Ribbon.
And for this version ..... I used the same DSP ..... And the new 'Night of Navy Bordered Ribbon'.
Hope you liked my share for today......
Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Spotlight Sunday creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Every Bit of Wonderful Tag

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER PRETTY TAG.  Now that you have the details for my Tag Thursday creation for this week ........ Let's jump right in with my tag share for today........
I'm totally diggin' how FUN this tag looks.
I started off with a 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" Crumb Cake base tag.
My sentiment banner flag is from the 'Stylish Shapes Dies' and I used the 'Celebrating You' set to stamp that sentiment.  I added two pretty flowers above and below that sentiment piece.  Those flowers were cropped out using the 'Flowers & Leaves Punch'.
My tag was topped off with some of the new 'Real Red & Burlap Ribbon' ..... And I tied it all up with some 'White Baker's Twine'.
The finishing touch was adding a few 'Fine Sparkle Gems' around my tag and this tag was done in a HOT New York minute.

Just a Note

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........
I saw a version of this card on Pinterest and thought ..... I could make that card with new Designer Series Paper and a fun heart die-cut.
I started off with a 4-1/4" x 11" piece of White cardstock ..... and I scored that piece at 5-1/2".  I then cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of White cardstock and used that to build my DSP and heart onto.
I used the new Sale-a-Bration 'Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper' ..... and I cut 5-pieces at 3/4" x 4".  I arranged all five piece onto the front of my White panel and snipped off anything that was hanging over on the left-hand side.  Next, I cropped out five hearts from the 'Give It A Whirl Dies' and adhered those at the right-hand edge of the DSP pieces.
I used the 'Go To Greetings' set to stamp my sentiment.  I used Evening Evergreen ink to stamp that sentiment.
All that was left to do was add a single 'Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearl' to the center of each heart.....
And this card was called DONE!!!!
What do you think my friends.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow with a Tag Thursday creation to share with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

These ADORABLE boxes are the perfect set for holding 4-votive candles or 3-rolls of ribbon.  I learned how to make these boxes from StampWith Nellie.com on August 11, 2021.  Here is a link to her video:  (2529) How to make Lidded Boxes with Tidings Of Christmas designer series paper - YouTube
I made the large and small version of this box.  It uses Pale Papaya cardstock, and I covered both boxes with the new 'Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper'.
I also wrapped my two boxes with some YUMMY 'Pale Papaya Faux Velvet Trim'.
My sentiment is from the 'Celebrating You' set ..... And I stamped that onto a White tag from the 'Tailor Made Tags Dies'.
