Amazing As You Upgrade

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional products found in the 2019 Stampin' UP! Occasions Catalog to bring this card up to the next stamping level.

Here's my Spot Light Sunday card on the LEFT.....
And my Mix-It-UP! Monday card for today on the RIGHT.....
For my upgraded card ...... I started out by changing the orientation.

I went around the outer edge of my Whisper White base card.......And used my 'Simply Score Board' to create a 1/4" embossed edge around my entire card.

Next, I created a Granny Apple Green and 'Gingham Gala 6x6 Designer Series Paper' panel for the front of my card.  Before I adhered down this panel ...... I wrapped some 'Old Olive Linen Thread' around the right hand edge and tied it up into a pretty bow.  I attached this panel to the front of my Whisper White base card with some Stampin' Dimensionals.

My final addition to this card was creating the sentiment piece with the same 'Incredible Like You' set and adhering that panel directly on top of the DSP panel I positioned onto my card.
I must admit.......
Two quick and easy kind of cards.....
That would look AWESOME with any of the colors in the
'Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper' Pack.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a 3-D Tuesday creation with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Amazing As You

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends
Let me start out this blog posting by first wishing my BEAUTIFUL daughter Jenni White a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY today.  Today is Easter Sunday AND my youngest daughter's birthday.  Happy Birthday Jenni......You have brought so much JOY and HAPPINESS to my world.  I also want to share with you a fun little Easter treat that my sweet friend Carol Neuhaus brought over to me on Thursday afternoon.

How OVER-THE-TOP-CUTE is this darling little bunny cake!

This ADORABLE bunny cake was SO DELISH and both Jack and I enjoyed every single little bite.  Thank You Carol.

Well ...... today is Spotlight Sunday .......  And I have a card I created using product from both the 2018-2019 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog and the 2019 Stampin' UP! Occasions Catalog.   This card uses several products from both of those catalogs .......... And I'm thrilled with the way it turned out.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today..........

I must admit......Lemon Lime Twist has become one of my Stampin' UP! GO TO GREEN colors.

I started this card off by stamping my sentiment from the 'Incredible Like You' set with Lemon Lime Twist ink onto a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I then layered it onto a panel of Granny Apple Green card stock (the perfect coordinating color for Lemon Lime Twist) and added three 'Glitter Enamel Dots' to the left hand side of that Whisper White panel.

Next, I grabbed the GORGEOUS Lemon Lime Twist 'Gingham Gala 6x6 Designer Series Paper' and layered it with both Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green card stock.  All that was left to do was adhere that panel down to the front of my Whisper White base card and I was almost done.

The final touch was adding some 'Old Olive Linen Thread' around the top of my card and then tied it up into a pretty bow.

So that's all it took to bring this fun card together.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share an upgraded version of this very card with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

It's Your Day Card

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Paper Pumpkin Saturday ........... And I would like to share with you the project I created using the March Paper Pumpkin kit.   Here's that project.......
Talk about a Happy Happy kind of birthday card......
This card deliveries.
I started out by using the party hat pieces and banner piece that came with this kit to create a WOW kind of focal point.  The sentiment was stamped from Poppy Parade ink and stamp set that were included in this kit.  The only piece I added to this was the Flirty Flamingo scallop circle.

Next, I created a top banner piece with the striped decorative piece that was included in the kit.  I layered some Whisper White and Flirty Flamingo card stock behind that piece to help it jump off my card.

And that's just how fast my friends this card came together.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Spot Light Sunday card with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Friday Pics

Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Friends Friday.  On Friday's, I have the honor of spot-lighting some of the fabulous cards and projects that I received from Friends ....... Fellow Demonstrators ........ and Family.  Each of these creations are works of art........and it is with great pleasure that I share with you today some AMAZING projects that my Scissors and the City Retreat GalPals made for me.

Let me start out by introducing this SUPER FUN group of ladies to you.  Gus, Donna, Kathy, Jennifer, Melody, Sandy, Julie's Mom, Me, Darlene, Terry and Julie.  I could not ask for a NICER and SWEETER group of ladies to spend an entire weekend scrapbooking with two times a year.

Here is a DARLING little project that Julie made for me.

How ADORABLE is this bag of sweets from Kathy & Donna.

This FABULOUS bag was made by Jennifer (and it was STUFFED with yummy treats inside).

This OH SO CUTE flower pot (with the bunnies behind sticking out) was created by Kathy & Donna.

This SUPER YUMMY treat was made by my bestie Gus.

This PRECIOUS box of sweets was made by Kathy & Donna.

And even though Darlene didn't have time to create something......She got VERY CREATIVE and presented me with this bag of sweets.

And look at this PRETTY PRETTY box that Terry created.  She stuffed it full of some delicious and happy candies.

The other gift that Terry made for me was this BEAUTIFUL bookmark.

And in my mailbox yesterday was this darling card that Terry sent to both Jack and me.  We have both been really sick the last couple of weeks ...... And this card just made us both SMILE BIG!!!!

I just LOVE what she wrote on the inside of our card!

And I leave you today with this OH SO DARLING card that Donna made for me.

The VERY BEST thing about receiving a card from Donna.......Is the OVER THE TOP CUTENESS that she puts on the inside of her card.  (Now go ahead........Stand on your head and read the answer!!!)

If you live in Arizona (or are willing to travel to AZ twice a year/Spring & Fall), you can be part of the Scissors and the City Scrapbooking Retreat and enjoy a fabulous weekend of fun and play time.  You can visit the Scissors Website at www.ScissorsAndTheCity.com or contact Sandy at 480-284-5199 for more information.  Hands down ....... And just a little teaser ....... I'll be sharing the adorable Make n' Take projects we made at the last Scissors and the City Retreat next week.

Always Thinking of You Tag

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER PRETTY TAG.  Now that you have the details for my Tag Thursday creation for this week ........ Let's jump right in with my tag share for today........

This tag just screams PRETTY to me.

I started out by stamping my sentiment from the 'Accented Blooms' set with Black ink.

Next, I layered a 'Colored Doilies' and topped it off with Black Starburst Punch circle.  Then.....I layered a 2" Flirty Flamingo Circle and 1-3/4" Whisper White Circle to the top of that Colored Doilies/Black Starburst Circle.

I used the 'Best Bunny' set to stamp a darling little bunny in the center of my 1-3/4" Whisper White Circle.  And then grabbed my Stampin' Write Markers to pretty up my little bunny.

My tag was topped off with some 'Poppy Parade 1/4" Mini Striped Ribbon' and the finishing touch was adding some 'Pool Party/White Baker's Twine' and creating a pretty bow.

And that's all it took my friends to create this OH SO PRETTY tag.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share some Friends Friday creations with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Good Things In Life

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........

What a PERFECT card for any friend.

I started this card off with a panel of the 'Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper' (I used Gorgeous Grape) and matted that to a panel of Basic Black card stock.  Before adhering it down to the front of my card ....... I wrapped some 'Basic Black Baker's Twine' around it and tied it up into a pretty bow.
My sentiment was stamped with the 'Butterfly Gala' set and I used Gorgeous Grape ink to stamp that sentiment.

I used the 'Butterfly Gala' set to also stamp out my trio of butterflies and even though the 'Butterfly Duet Punch' is not available......It was a snap using my 'Paper Snips' to fussy cut out each butterfly for this card.
My plan is to use the other colors in the 'Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper' pack and I make a few boxes of cards with this design.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow with a Tag Thursday creation to share with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Downline Team Book

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 'CASE IT TUESDAY'.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project that I found on the internet ....... And I created a CASE of that project to share with you today.  This project was SUPER FUN to create and want to jump right in and share that project with you now.
This project was created by the SUPER TALENTED Amanda Charlesworth in the UK.  She created a One Sheet Purse Mini Album (link at the end of my post) and I fell hard for this project and knew I was going to make one for myself.

My twist was I wanted to make this mini album to store the dates for all my WONDERFUL Downline Team Members.  I wanted one place that I could document each of their birthday's and Stampin' UP! anniversary dates........And I wanted it to be SUPER PRETTY too.

The mini album is secured closed with a little magnetic........

And when you open up the album......It has 5-double sided pages.

And the SUPER BONUS is the three center pages were created to have pockets on the inside of those three pages.

I dedicated one month for each page of my album........
And each page has plenty of room to write my team members names and their important dates.

Here's what the opened mini album looks like from the back.....

And there is even a tie closure to secure the album closed before you flip the top flap over and the magnetic holds it closed.
So what do you think my friends.........
I hope you head over to Amanda's blog to watch her video on how to create this darling little project......And you make one for yourself.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
