March FU Cards Part Two

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have part two of the cards my FU (Fabulously Unique) Group made in March.  Let me share the card that Debbie made for our exchange......
Is this not the happiest card you've seen in a VERY LONG TIME?
When I saw Debbie's card - I immediately knew I was going to CASE this card for one of my grandkids!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the balloons that Debbie created......
And the three matching circles not only balances this card out......but also pull the whole card together.  GREAT CARD DEBBIE!

And here is the card I created........
I used a retired SU set to create my six clear embossed hearts.....and mounted them onto individual Whisper White small circles.  I also embossed my Regal Rose cardstock with the Perfect Polka Dots  Folder for some added texture to my card.
And I wrapped some Early Espresso Bakers Twine around the bottom portion of my Regal Rose piece and added a Chocolate Chip banner which I embossed with a Thinking of You sentiment to the bottom portion of my card.  Clean and Simple Card!

Thanks for joining me today......I'll be back tomorrow to share more Kards by Kadie creations with you, hope you can make plans to join me.  Keep Living Your Dream!

March FU Cards

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
I'm at a full run today........And one of the most exciting things on my plate is to meet up with my good friend Mary Fish for coffee at FROGS.  It's been forever since we connected.....Really looking forward to seeing my friend.

So my today will be quick.  I have two of my FU cards for March to share with you.  Let's jump right in with the cards that Kris and Ann created for our shoebox exchange.  First up is the card Kris created......
Kris created this BOLD and FUN card for our March challenge card.
She used the Spec-tacular single stamp from SU.......Along with the First Edition DSP from SU!
She also had a sentiment stamp that matched perfectly for this card and created a bold sentiment banner for the bottom right hand corner of her card.  GREAT CARD Kris!
Next up is the card that Ann created........PERFECT Easter Card!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the flower that she created and used a darling pink bunny button for the center.  SO STINKIN CUTE ANN!
Ann embossed her stamped Easter Egg and then we mounted it onto layers of So Saffron and Pretty in Pink Ovals.  Such a pretty card Ann!

So there you have it.......the first two cards from my March FU (Fabulously Unique) exchange.  I'll be back tomorrow to share the cards that both Debbie and I made for March.  Hope you can make plans to come back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Two Easter Cards

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have two special Easter cards to share with you........from my good friends Liz and Jan.  Check out the sweet Easter card that Liz sent to me......

How ADORABLE is this Bunny card?
Liz created it using the "Ears to You" single stamp from SU.  She stamped her bunnies and cut them out and mounted them to four different SU scallop squares. She stamped and mounted one in So Saffron.......And Bashful Blue.......And the other two in Pretty in Pink and Old Olive.
Liz also used the Delicate Designs embossing folder to create a beautiful embossed Scallop Edgelit border to the bottom portion of her card.  OH SO PRETTY......and I was OH SO HAPPY to have received this beautiful card from Liz....THANKS LIZ!

And here is the card that Jan sent to me.......

Jan did an amazing job of coloring this card.........but the real WOW FACTOR comes when you open this card.  Both sides unfold to reveal a GORGEOUS  bench with a beautiful Easter message.
Here's the first side unfolded to reveal another layer of this beautiful card......
And with one final unfold.......my Easter message is revealed.  SO BEAUTIFUL JAN!  Thank you for creating such a masterpiece.......It is simply beautiful!

Thanks for joining me today!   I'll be back tomorrow with two more Easter treats to share with you......Hope you can make plans to join me for that share.   Keep Living Your Dream!

Two more Easter Treats

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have two more Easter treats to share with you.......This time from my good friends Jude and Pam.  Let me start out with what Pam hand-delivered to me on Saturday morning.......

I love this stamp set so much......but love even more that Pam used the new Chalk Board technique to create this card.  How stinkin' cute do these three bunnies look done-up on chalk board?
Pam embossed the three bunnies and sentiment from the Ears to You single stamp onto Basic Black cardstock.  She then used her white craft ink to chalk-board up the edges of her black cardstock to make it look like the bunnies were drawn on the chalk board.
She also added this GORGEOUS yellow ribbon that just topped this pretty Easter card off to perfection.  LOVE your card Pam and appreciate you having me on your delivery list.

Next up......Is the treat that Jude made for me.
This little cutie was hanging on my front door on Saturday morning.....and I'm still wondering how she got past my studio window ......... without me seeing or hearing her.
This is the backside of my bunny treat........And what Jude did was sandwich a candy chocolate carrot between two ovals (one for the front of the bunny....and the little oval for the tail).
Here's a better view of what the chocolate carrot looked like between the two ovals......
LOVE how Jude decorated the bunnies face......SO CUTE and the PERFECT little Easter Treat for me.  Thank You Jude for thinking of me and for giving me such a BIG SURPRISE when we went out to get our mail.  NICELY DONE FRIEND!

So there you have it......all my Easter cards and treats from my dear sweet SaddleBrooke friends.  Each card and treat will be going up on my upper cabinet in my studio for display.  THANK YOU FRIENDS!

I'll be back tomorrow to begin sharing the cards that my fellow FU Gals made at our March card in a box gathering.  Hope you can come back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Easter Place Cards by Hailey

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today I would like to share the special Easter place cards and wrapped candy that Hailey made for Easter dinner.  This project was inspired by my good friend Mary Fish (http://www.stampinpretty.com) ...........who actually made these for her Easter table.  When I mentioned this project to Hailey she fell IN LOVE with the idea and we got busy and made place cards and candies for all the guest.

My oldest daughter's family (Cheryl, Kris, NaNa Sewell, Jared, Steven and Hailey) got together with my youngest daughter's family (Jenni, Michael and Brooke .... aka Doll Baby) on Easter Sunday.  They all had their Easter dinner at the White House.  (NO NOT THAT WHITE HOUSE......The White House in Oregon, Wisconsin.)  Hailey was in charge of making the place cards and individual candy treats for all nine guest.  Here she is with her amazing creations......
Here is Hailey in her pretty purple Easter outfit........
My daughter was able to snap this picture of Hailey with her Easter place cards and wrapped candies right before they were leaving to go to Church on Easter morning.  They were heading directly over to my other daughters house (White House) right after Church....so all the Easter Treats (along with all the food they were responsible for bringing .... and the kids and NaNa Sewell) were packed up in their van and taken to the White House for a day of EASTER FUN and PLAY with family!
Here are all the Hershey Nugget wrapped candies that Hailey made for everyone.  She made enough for everyone to have two candies!  LOVE how she decorated the tops of each wrapped nugget with a small scallop and topped it off with an Easter Egg.
And here are ALL NINE place cards that Hailey made for their Easter table.  Hailey worked hard making these and she put some fun final touches on each and everyone's place card.  LOVE 'EM HAILEY........NICELY DONE!
And one final picture of Hailey with her older brother Jared (L-14years old) and younger brother Steven (R-8years old)......and Cousin Brooke (Center-9years old).  Just LOVE these kids to pieces.....and especially MISS THEM BIG TIME around the holidays!

Thanks for joining me today.....I'm back tomorrow with two more Easter Treats that I received this year......Hope you can make plans to come back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
