Christmas Past Part Five

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have another fun Christmas Past card to share with you........And yet another fun little gift card holder that was shared at Lorri Heilling's Holiday Extravaganza Event.
This gift card holder is made from a standard A2 envelope.......
All you need to do is score your envelope in half and then on the top portion of your envelope, cut on the score line and then seal the left hand side of your envelope closed.
The right hand side of your envelope will be where you slide your gift card in and out.
Almost any gift card will fit into this section of your envelope.
All that is left to do is decorate the front panel of your closed envelope with a piece of DSP and some type of layer.......Which in this case we used a snowman and raised the snowman up with dimensional adhesive..........So we could slide a piece of Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding behind it and it was used to close our gift card holder.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share another Christmas past card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Christmas Past Part Four

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have a super fun gift card holder that my fellow demonstrator Lorri Heilling taught us at one of her Holiday Extravaganza Events.
We created this darling little gift card holder package.......
That was topped with the Stampin' UP! Bigz Bow Die
And accented with a "Season's Greetings" tag.
The mechanics for this gift card holder can be found on Lorri Heillings blog and you will find them in her December archive post.
Here's one close-up of how the gift card slides out of the gift box....
And it all has to do with a hinge that is added to the underside of the top section of your gift box.
The entire gift card holder comes together in a SNAP.......

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back with more Christmas Past cards to share with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Special Delivery

Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!
I'm going to interrupt today's blog post to share with you a "Special Delivery" Package I received yesterday from my good friend and fellow Stampin' UP! demonstrator Lynn Gauthier.  I wish I had taken a picture of the unopened box.......but of course......I was WAY TO BUSY TEARING INTO IT to think of snapping any pictures.  Here is what I received.......
It's a "Make a Cake" Special Delivery Package!
Lynn sent me all the fixins to make myself an Angel Food Cake - As a way of celebrating my hard work for finishing up the prepping for my upcoming Saddle-UP! event in October.
I had shared with Lynn that I had finished all the cutting and packaging of the registration packets for my Saddle-UP! event and I was SO EXCITED to have this task completed.  SO.......she decided it was time to celebrate....and what better way to celebrate.....Then make a cake!
So Lynn sent to me....this special delivery (and specially made) box of Angel Food Cake Mix
SO......What FLOORED ME was, Lynn picked my ALL TIME FAVORITE cake and sent it to me as a "Congrats.....WAY TO GO GIRLFRIEND" surprise.
She also included this OH SO DARLING fall candy holder!
It was decorated with a collection of FABULOUS fall materials.....
And tucked inside the holder was my ALL TIME FAVORITE FALL CANDY.........What else....But Candy Corn!
The presentation for this holder is AMAZING........And I'm thinking of CASEing it for my fall treats!
I have to say that I was BLOWN AWAY with this fun package......And as I told Lynn......It came on the perfect day........The 3rd Thursday of the month (in fact.......I received it when I returned home from having my manicure and pedicure).  THANK YOU LYNN for thinking of me and making me SMILE BIG on my favorite day of the month.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the DARLING card that Lynn made for me ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Christmas Past Part Three

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Well friends......today is my most FAVORITE DAY of the month ......... The 3rd Thursday of the month is the day I recover from working hard putting on my camps and kit classes during the month.  That means.......a morning spent at the spa getting my nails done and my favorite part......A PEDICURE.  So I'm jumping right in with Part Three of my Christmas Past cards.
This card was one that I made when I went up to the Phoenix area to attend Lorri Heilings holiday event a couple years ago.  We made this darling little holiday card that I just fell in love with.
All we did was cut up three different patterns from a Designer Series Pack and made each of them a little bit smaller than the previous.
We stacked them on top of each other and wrapped a piece of 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon around them and topped it off with a bow.  OH SO FUN......and such a pretty holiday card to send out.
This next card was one of my favorite cards that Lorri had us make.
We stamped a beautiful sentiment and die-cut it out with the Labels Collection Frameits.
And look at what we topped our Cherry Cobbler Seam Biding Bow off with ........ Those same metal snowflake embellishments that I shared with you yesterday.  Don't forget......You can find them on the Clearance Rack at my online store.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more Christmas Cards from the past with you ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Christmas Past Part Two

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Camp Day and that means all hands on deck today.  I'm jumping right in with my Christmas Past Part Two share........
This sweet card was made using three Stampin' UP! colors and just a couple little embellishments.
I used Pool Party and Island Indigo for my center panel and ran the Pool Party through the Big Shot with an embossing folder.  I also used some super yummy Pool Party Seam Binding and attached a darling little metal snowflakes to the Seam Binding.
It just so happens......These little cuties are my Stampin' UP! On-Line Store in the Clearance Rack!
This second blast from the past Christmas Card was made with the Circle Card Thinlits die.
Don't you just love the way this card swings open to reveal a hidden message on the backside of your center circle.
It's all comes together with this fabulous die that is on page 228 of the Stampin' UP! annual catalog.
Here are the two versions of this fabulous circle swing card.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow with a couple more Christmas Past Cards ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Christmas Past

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
I'm at a FULL RUN today.......Setting up for my Stamp Camp tomorrow morning and putting some finishing touches on my Saddle-UP! Event on October 18th.  So I decided to go back in time.....and pull together some of my most favorite Christmas Holiday cards......and share them with you this week.  Let's jump right in with this fun little share for today........

This card came together in a SNAP ..... And packs a serious holiday punch!
All I did was Emboss the 5-1/4" x 4" Whisper White panel and then mounted it to my Whisper White base card.  I also used Silver Embossing Powder and embossed the ornament and then strung it through some 1/8" Silver Taffeta Ribbon to make it appear like it was hanging from the ribbon.  LOVE LOVE LOVE this card.
This is another ornament card.......and takes somewhat of a traditional spin on the holidays.
I used Cherry Cobbler for my base color and added Glitter to my ornament for a Punch of FUN!  LOVE how using the Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine to hang my the ornament just added that little something something to this card.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to continue this trip down memory lane.  I have more fun Christmas cards to share with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
