June WOW Cards

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have the June WOW group cards to share with you.  Let's jump right in with the three cards I have to share.......
First up is the VERY PRETTY......and VERY VINTAGE card that Rochelle had us make!
There were so many beautiful elements to this card.......But I especially LOVED the ribbon/tag/banner element that we attached to the corner of our card (with a yummy vintage safety pin).  GORGEOUS CARD ROCHELLE!
Next up is the card that Kris had us make.
Talk about a STRIKING CARD.  My camera didn't even come close to picking up the colors of this card (black and smokey slate) but what did show up was the sparkle that came from randomly adding Silver Dazzling Details over our card.  I actually liked this card so much.....I ended up CASE the card and using it for one of my convention swaps.  THANKS KRIS for the inspiration and LOVELY LOVELY card!
And my final card share for today is the card that Ann made for us.  I'm loving all the sponging Ann did to her base card........and the sentiment on the front of her card was all hand written.  NICELY DONE ANN!
And here is what Ann put on the inside of our card.  THANK YOU Ann for the PERFECT little birthday card!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the fun little project I made for my WOW group in June ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

WaterColor Thinking of You

Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!
Today I am at a FULL RUN ........ So I'm going to jump right in with my card share for today. Check out this GORGEOUS watercolor card I created..........

This card was going to be one of the cards I created for a past WaterColor Stamp Camp ....... But at the last minute, I decided not to use it.
I used some watercolor paper to stamp my flower image.  I used markers to color in my image and then grabbed my Stampin' Spritzer to refresh my ink and then stamped my image onto my watercolor paper.
I love all the watercolor effect I obtained by spritzing my inked up image with some plan old H20.
I added several punched layers to my stamped image.......and added a panel of DSP to the front of my card.  All that was left was to add a sentiment.
And the sentiment was stamped directly onto my card ......... and my watercolor image was positioned in the lower right hand corner of my card.
LOVE how clean and simple this card turned out ..... planning to recreate this card again soon.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share my June WOW Cards with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Stamp Camp Door Prize

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Today I want to share with you the Early Bird Gift I made for my July Stamp Camp.  My July Stamp Camp on Wednesday was a Christmas in July Camp and to keep with the theme of that Camp ...... I made this darling little box, which I filled with some super fun Christmas gift tags.

It was a simple file type box that held 12-Christmas Tags.
I decorated the Cherry Cobbler Box with some retired SU Christmas DSP.....
And even attached two retired snowflake embellishments to the side flaps of my box.
Here's a side view of the box.
And the box without any tags inside.
The box was designed to hold twelve 4-1/4"x2' gift tags.
Here's a sneak peek at what the tags looked like.
Each set of tags came with two different color combinations.
For each set I made a Very Vanilla tag and a Cherry Cobbler tag.
They each used some retired Dotted Scallop Ribbon for the top of the tags......
Along with the carry over SU Holiday stamp sets (available until August 27th).
I also used some retired DSP for each of the tags.......
And each of the tags had a pretty poinsettia flower that was designed with the help of the Petite Petal Punch and some Crystal Effect along with the new Gold Dazzling Detail.
I also stamped a "To/From" on the back of each tag.
Here's what all 12-tags looked like.
I packaged my Christmas Gift Tag Box up in a cello bag and tied it all up with some of the SUPER YUMMY Grosgrain Ribbon.   And to think......one of my lucky July Camp guest received this Early Bird Door Prize for attending my monthly stamp camp and arriving on time!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you a pretty little water-color card I made ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dreams!

SW Stampers Door Prize

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have a fun little project I made for my SW Stampin' UP! demo meeting last night.  Check out this fun little scratch paper holder I made..........
This idea came from my good SU friend Lynn (in Michigan) and I just changed a few things to make it my own.  It a 4"x4" Note Pad holder that can be filled with store bought 4"x4" Post-It-Note cubes .......... OR ......... do like I did and fill this holder with stamped scratch paper.  I used the new Project Life stamp set "Remember This" to stamp my "remember this" sentiment across the top of my scratch paper.
The holder base is a 4-1/2" x 11" piece of Whisper White Cardstock that is scored at 1", 5-1/2", 6-1/2" am 7-1/2".
Then you attach a 4-1/2" x 8" piece of Whisper White to the above piece (Scoring it at 4-1/2" and 5-1/2").

The box (to hold the scratch paper) is made from two pieces of 3"x3" Whisper White card stock.  Score one side and then turn your card stock and score at 3/4" then 1" and 2".  Do this to both pieces.
You will attach the two 3x3 pieces to the inside of your holder on both sides......And this will create the box holder for your scratch paper to fit into.
I added DSP to the front of the box and the inside back cover.
And I also added a DSP panel to both sides of my box.  Those pieces measured 1"x2-1/4".  This is what my holder looks like with the scratch paper remove.

And my scallop "notes" embellishment was created with the help of the new "Calling All Heroes" stamp set.
So there you have it friends.......The FUN little paper holder that was given away at my July SW Stampers Demo Meeting.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the Early Bird gift I gave away at my July Stamp Camp ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Golf Box with Cards

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I'm at a full run with getting ready for Stamp Camp and several stamper meetings I have this week.  So I'm going to jump right in with a fabulous gift box that I created.  Check out this cut little Golfers Gift Box........
There is an upcoming golf event that I was asked to design a little box of cards for ........ and here is what I came up with.
I was asked to make a little table gift for each of the golfers to take home after the tournament.  Here is what will be waiting for each of the golfers when they finish their golf tournament and relax for lunch in the club house.
The box is constructed to hold three little 3x3 note cards and envelopes.
I designed the box to resemble a giant golf ball ....... And the 3x3 note cards to look like the putting green with a golf flag.
And here's what all three note cards look like.
Here's the red flag card.......
The yellow flag card......
And the orange flag card.
I created the giant golf ball for the base of the box with my trusty SU circle dies.  And the grass was created with the help of my SU Fringe Scissors.
The box was constructed with a simple piece of Whisper White cardstock that was 5-1/4"x6".
What made the giant golf ball come to life was running it through my Big Shot and using the new Decorative Dots embossing folder.......and using the opposite side of the imprinted folder.
Here's a close-up of the golf ball texture ......
So there you have it friends.  A darling little project that I'm sure will be a hit for this upcoming SaddleBrooke golf tournament.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the fun little door prize I made for July SW Stampers door prize ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
