This Little Piggy Upgrade

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but I added a couple additional products found in the 2018-2019 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog to bring this card up to the next stamping level.

 

 Here is my Spot Light Sunday card from yesterday on the LEFT.....

And my Mix-It-UP! Monday upgraded card for today on the RIGHT.....

 

This upgraded card just makes me SO HAPPY!!!!

 

I started my card off by creating a panel of Soft Suede Neutral Designer Series Paper and matted that to a Basic Black panel.  That completed panel was positioned at the bottom portion of my Soft Suede card base. 

 

Next, I stamped my little Piggy from the 'This Little Piggy' set onto a panel of Whisper White.  I used my 'Stampin' UP! WaterColor Pencils' to color that little cutie in.  Once he was looking ADORABLE ...... I matted him onto a panel of Basic Black card stock.

 

My sentiment was stamped onto a Soft Suede banner flag with the 'Varied Vases' set using VersaMark ink.  Then I sprinkled it with 'Black Embossing Powder and heat set it.  After it was cooled ..... I wrapped some 'Basic Black Baker's Twine' around the right hand edge and attached it to the bottom my piggy panel.

 

 And that's all it took to create this OH SO SWEET upgraded little piggy card.
