Gift Card Holder

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week project feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.......
Here's one of the projects my Downline Team created at our January Team Meeting.  It's a QUICK & EASY gift card holder.
We used the new 'How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper' to create both the holder and the belly band for this project.
And to accent the belly band ....... We cut out one of the cupcakes from the 'How Sweet It Is DSP' and adhered it to the center of our belly band.
The measurements for the Gorgeous Grape gift card holder measures 4-1/4"x9-1/4".  That piece is scored at 1-1/4", 4", 5-1/4" and 6-1/2".  The DSP for the front of our holder measures 4"x2-1/4 and 4"x 1".  The Belly Band is 6-1/4"x1-1/4" and the DSP for that piece measures 6-1/4"x1".
Here's how the Tear n' Tape is added to the inside of the holder.
To create the slit for the gift card holder to slide into ........ We used the 'Pretty Label Punch' and cropped out the opening.
And the best part is that just about any gift card will easily slip into the center of this holder.
And that's all it took my sweet blogger friends to create this FESTIVE & FUN gift card holder.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow with a Tag Thursday creation to share with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

  1. Did you add Fine Tip Glue on the cupcake? Love that added texture and shine. Such a "sweet" design. Let's try some of these when we get together next!
