Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a set of tags that I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER FUN THANKS TAG.  Now that you have the details for this weeks Tag Thursday ....... Let's jump right in with my tag share for today.

How's this for a 'TIMELESS' kind of tag!  I used the new 'Timeless Textures' stamp set to create both of these tags.

This first version was created with Elegant Eggplant and Perfect Plum ........ And I added Pink Pirouette flowers.

And this version was the same ink colors ........ But I used Melon Mambo for it's flower color.

So there you have it friends ....... A quick and easy tag that will look perfect in any color combination!

Wine Down Wednesday - Love You

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........

This little note card is perfect for giving to that someone special .......

I started out this little notecard with circles punched out from the 'Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack' and framing each circle with a Soft Suede circle.

My sentiment was stamped using the "Bloomin' Love" set onto some Crumb Cake card stock.  I then used the banner die from the "Large Numbers Framelits" set to die-cut out my sentiment.

I added my stamped/die-cut sentiment to the center of my arranged DSP circles and used some dimensional adhesive to give it a little pop.

A final touch was adding some 3/8" Stitched Satin Crumb Cake Ribbon to the bottom of my Whisper White panel and adding one of the new 'Botanical Gardens Jewels' to the center.

So there you have it friends ....... a darling little notecard that is PERFECT for that someone special in your life.

SU Retirement List

 

It's that time again: we're getting ready to retire stamps and accessories from both the annual and occasions catalogs. As sad as it is to see these products go, there's still time for you to get them before they're gone. Plus, retiring products have discounts of up to 50%! Retiring products will only be available until May 31, or while supplies last!

3-D Tuesday

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project was what I created for my March Early Bird Give Away.  I created three of these note card holders and gave one to a lucky winner at each of my three Stamp Camps in March.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.

The theme for my March Stamp Camp was "Botanical Gardens".  We used the entire Botanical Gardens Suite and thought this box of notecards was going to be the PERFECT Early Bird Giveaway for that camp.

Here is the gift box that I made ...... And decorated it with the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies.

Each box was decorated with the flowers and ferns available in this FABULOUS set.

And I created four coordinating cards that tucked nicely inside this gift box.

This Early Bird Giveaway was a HUGE SUCCESS and stay tune ......... I'll be teaching a class with similar product when the new catalog is released in June.

Mix-It-UP! Monday

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional items to bring this card up to the next stamping level.

And my Mix-It-UP! Monday card (on the right)

Stepping up this card was a snap with the help of two extra products.  I started out this card by attaching the 'Perfectly Artistic DSP' to a panel of Smoky Slate and then attaching it to my Crushed Curry base card.  To create some balance to my card ..... I added a small panel of Smoky Slate cardstock down the front of my card before attaching my sentiment banner.

I stamped my 'hello' sentiment onto a piece of Smoky Slate cardstock (instead of Whisper White) and created the same banner flag that I did for my original card. 

For an added level of FUN ......... I added some Crushed Curry Baker's Twine around the left hand edge of my banner .........And all that was left to do was tie the Baker's twine up into a pretty bow.

And the final addition was adding three Petite Petal Flowers to my card.  I applied some Crystal Effects to the top of each flower ....... And that gave each flower the sparkle and shine I was looking for to complete this card.

So there you have it friends!

Spot Light Sunday

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a card I created using some retired Sale-a-Bration items.  It's a quick card that comes together in a SUPER JIFFY!!!!!  Let me jump right in with my card share for today.........

I started my card off by adding some of the SAB 'Perfectly Artistic DSP' to a Whisper White base card. 

I used the 'HELLO' stamp set to create a fun hello sentiment on a large Whisper White banner flag.  And I matted that stamped sentiment with a Crushed Curry banner flag.

For a fun pop of color ...... I added a Melon Mambo 'Petite Petals' flower.

And that is all it took to create this quick and easy Spot Light Sunday card.

Paper Pumpkin Saturday

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Paper Pumpkin Saturday.  I have a fun card to share with you that I made with my February Paper Pumpkin kit.  I'm THRILLED with the way this card turned out ........ And want to share that card with you now.

This card uses the DSP that was included in this Paper Pumpkin kit ....... and all I added was some extra cardstock.

I used the stamp set that came with this kit ...... And created a fun banner flag for the bottom of my card.

My squares were matted with some Calypso Coral cardstock and arranged on the front of my Blackberry Bliss base card.

I even added two sequins to my sentiment banner and called this card DONE!
