Thank You card from Sandy
Here's a BEAUTIFUL card I received from my good friend Sandy. How beautiful is this card - The card is a work of art. Sandy sent this to me as a way of saying Thank You for something I had done for her. Here is a close up of the card:
Sandy learned this technique at a Pages in Progress class and I think she did an amazing job of putting this whole card together. I love the elegant look of black and white - so pretty and so nicely layered.
Many Thanks Sandy for my beautiful card - needless to say......It's made it to the corner cabinet in my studio.....it's proudly displayed with the many other creations that I've received.

Pink Elephant
Today I'm going to be sharing a Pink Elephant creation that my BFF Jan made for me when our granddaughter in California was born.
Jan created this adorable folded elephant card and had the top folded so it flipped open and she had a sweet message written on the inside of her card to me - with LOVING Congrats on becoming a new grandparent.
Jan ran the elephant through her cuddlebug (can only image how TIGHT a fit it is to run an elephant throught a cuddlebug machine-insert WINK WINK here........sorry....I couldn't resist that one.....) and she even GLAMMED the pink elephant up with a beautiful pink sheer ribbon - FABULOUS Jan!
Have to say - this is one of my favorite baby cards I've received and have it displayed on my book cabinet in my studio. Thanks Jan for sharing such a beautiful card with me.
Hope you can drop by tomorrow - so, until tomorrow - remember.....Keep Living Your Dream!

Crafternoon Butterfly Card
Today I will be sharing a technique that I learned in my Crafternoon Group. Thanks to Jan Frances for teaching our group how to use Magenta Stickers and by filing in the negative and positive space......You create these fabulous images that put the WOW into even the simpliest card.
I was SO SURPRISED at how beautiful this card turned out - and what started with a black sticker........
Turned into this beautiful butterfly creation.
Have to say that many times I passed right by the Magenta Sticker when in the scrapbook stores - but now - knowing how to do this technique........I totally looking at these stickers with another pair of eyeballs. Thanks Jan for sharing with us.

Day Four of Blue Moon Scrapbooking Field Trip
Okay...here we are at Day Four of my field trip to Blue Moon Scrapbooking store and.....It's my Birthday! I have one of those AMAZING birthday's that fall on a holiday - the good news is NOBODY in my family forgets my birthday.....the bad news.....I was crushed when someone told me my Dad wasn't telling me all the fireworks weren't just for me. Happy Fourth of July to ALL.......
Today I'm revealing that the last four days have lead up to the most amazing birthday gifts I could have asked for. When Jack asked me what I wanted for my birthday - I was happy to reply - Thanks for buying all the great finds at Blue Moon Scrapbooking Store (he kind of looked at me like WHAT....and then quickly realized I had done my own shopping)-isn't he just the best!
When you walk into Blue Moon Scrapbooking store (actually, it's a warehouse - but most of their business comes from On-line shopping ...so why go to all the glamour of having a retail store when all you need is a space to store all your product....works for me)....anyways...when you walk into the store, you walk directly into a room that is as big as my studio or guest bedroom and the entire room is FILLED with 7gypsies product. WOWZIER.......UNBELIEVEABLE.....If you are 7gypsies lover like me......you will completely think you have landed in Scrapbooking Heaven. It is amazing what they have......Here's what I picked up
Two 6x6 paper packs - Calais and Reef Journey and I also picked up two 8x8 paper packs - Ocean and Outback.
I also grabbed up a couple of these rubber band book kits. Think they are going to make a great little keepsake book for my grandkids.
And these were a special little find.......7gypsies paper clips that you snip apart from the metal sheet........How adorable. They even have alphabet letters in the center of each of the clip......to cute.
So needless to say - I had a fabulous time shopping at Blue Moon Scrapbooking and if you would like to visit their site, here is where they are located:

Day Three of Blue Moon Scrapbooking Field Trip
Today I want to share a couple Tim Holtz finds I landed while on my field trip to Blue Moon Scrapbook. Don't you just LOVE LOVE LOVE Tim Holtz?
These Mini Paper Clips were a last minute find thanks to my BFF Jan. She had me going back to the Tim Holz section of the store and there were these mini paper clips just screaming for me to take them home (so I did).
However, this little find was a totally planned out purchase. I spotted Tim Holtz Alternations dies and the On The Edge die was one that I had my heart on getting. Since I couldn't snag up the Tattered Flowers die (seems nobody has that die)......I figured the next best thing was the On the Edge die for me.
And the last item I'll share with you today are these chip board pumpkin board books........Picked up two of these and will be using these this coming fall for my grandkids trip to the pumpkin patch. Figure these will make great little gifts to send them - and they can drop in the photo's of their trip to the pumpkin patch in October and have an instant little scrapbook finished.

Well, tomorrow will end my field trip to the Blue Moon Scrapbooking Store - and also is my Birthday.
I believe I've saved the best for last......It will be my 7Gypsies finds and without a doubt......you won't be disapointed. Hope to see you tomorrow and Keep Living Your Dream!

Day Two of Blue Moon Scrapbooking Field Trip
Today I'll be sharing some additional finds I landed while at Blue Moon Scrapbooking......
Here are some 6.25x7.25 Paper Pads from BoBunny. I picked up Sophie and Jaymyne Mini Edgy Album Paper Pads which are GREAT for covering the BoBonny Mini Edgy Albums.....the cover them so nicely.
Here I picked up two October Afternoon 8x8 paper pads.........Fly a Kite and The Thrift Shop
And the last paper pad I picked up was K&Company Carolyn Gavin 8x8 double sided paper.....Think this might be the one I use last - as it is my favorite.
Picked up a couple bottles of Glimmer Mist........Love the look this gives my cards and projects.
And last for the day is the paper pack and embellishments from Basic Gray that go along with the Kioshi line. If the paper pad I bought wasn't yummy enough...I then spotted the rub ons.....stitched and glazed brads - going to be making some fabulous Kard creations with these!

Blue Moon Scrapbooking Field Trip
Today I want to Kick Off July with you and share a fabulous field trip that three of my SaddleBrooke Stamper friends (Jan, Berta and Opal) and I took down to the Blue Moon Scrapbooking warehouse in May. OH MY GOSH......Can you say.......Someone grab the oxygen and crash cart (wait....never mind.....I kind of like where I landed)..........I think I just landed in Scrapbooking HEAVEN. ......And.....here is what I ended up walking out of BlueMoon Scrapbooking with.....
I just jumped in with both feet when I approached their paper section. I bought these fabulous 6x6 paper packs from Basic Gray. I had to have the Green at Heart Paper Pad, Sugar Rush Paper Pack, Offbeat and Kioshi Paper Pad......
I then turned the corner and there with a beam of light......and coming down upon it was Cosmo Cricket product line.......(Administer Oxygen now otherwise I'm heading to the light......) I held myself back (probably because I was feeling weak in the knees) and only went in on three of their 6x6 paper paks.......Earth Love, the Boyfriend and Jolly by Golly.......
And what would a shopping trip be without Sassafras Wee Bundles. I snagged up Nerdy Bird and Apple Jack (two of my all time favorites from Sassafras)......
So thus ends day one of my trip to Blue Moon Scrapbooking.....Not to worry....I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the rest of my paper pack finds and a few hot little items I just couldn't leave the store without.
