Cheers To You Tag

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER PRETTY TAG.  Now that you have the details for my Tag Thursday creation for this week ........ Let's jump right in with my tag share for today........
My tag starts off with a White 2-1/4" x 4" base.  To the top of that piece ..... I added a piece of 'Snowflake Magic Designer Series Paper' to the top.
My sentiment piece is a layering square that has an embossed sentiment from the 'Throughout The Year' set stamped right in the middle.
And I finished off that sentiment piece with some 'Festive Pearls'.
I added some ''Silver 1/8" Trim' behind my sentiment piece.....
And topped off my tag with more of that Silver Trim and some 'Silver & White 1/2" Sheer Ribbon'.
And that's all it took to create
This BEAUTIFUL New Year's Tag.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow with a special blog announcement ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Christmas 2023 Decorations

Merry Christmas My Blogger Friends!
It's Christmas Day here in the USA and I would love to share with you the BEAUTIFUL decorations I created for my home this year.  It was inspired by my downline holiday party theme .... And that was Candy Cane Lane ..... So the entire house took on a Candy Cane Lane vibe.
Here is my pencil style Christmas tree for this year.  I decided that I was going to down-size my traditional HUGE tree to this slim-line tree.  It took some getting use to ..... but I now LOVE IT.  Such a space saver!!!!
I have my tree set up right by the front door ...... So this is what you see when you enter my home.
And right next to the tree is my hutch that has all my beautiful angel pieces I have been collecting over the years.
And right above the front door are the Grand & Great stockings
There are 9 grandkids
And 3-Greats
And those stocking are hung with care each year.
In the kitchen are all my holiday mugs set out.
And the counter is decorated with my FAVORITE black/red buffalo check.  And one of Prada's FAVORITE places to hang out is on that bar stool.  (She knows if I'm in the kitchen and she jumps up on that stool......She will more than likely get a kitty treat.  Especially when she sits up on that stool and puts her kitty hands on the counter and talks to me......JUST TOO CUTE!!!!)
Here is my dining room table.  It is decorated with more buffalo check details.
I have a high-boy in the dining room........
And it is decorated with LOTS of fun holiday items that have been gifted to me over the years.  And just for the record.......If you are looking for holiday CANDY ...... Look here!!!!! (last year this was set-up right at the front door.....But, you would have known that if you were visiting......Just saying!!!)
Here's my snowman village.......
Here's my fireplace decorations.
I will share with you tomorrow that banner piece.
Here is how I decorated the front of my fireplace.....
I created these three chunky candy cane trees......
Along with these three candy cane candies.
My sofa and loveseat were decorated with FESTIVE candy cane pillows.....
And every year ..... I put out my Hospice Bears.
That were gifted to me YEARS ago......
By some of the MOST AMAZING.......
Hospice Volunteers.
And here is my Prada Kitty after an EXHAUSTING day of decorating ......  Wishing everyone a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Wishing You A Festive Christmas

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends
Today I have a card I created using product from the 2023 Stampin' UP! Mini Catalog.  This card uses several products from that new catalog ........ And I'm thrilled with the way it turned out.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today..........
Today ..... I have a last minute gift card holder for you.  It starts off with a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  That piece is scored at 4-1/4".  To the front of my base I added a 4" x 5-1/4" White panel.
Before I adhered that White panel down .... I ran it through my embossing machine with the 'Christmas Tidings Embossing Folder'.
Next, I got busy and cropped out three sizes of the 'Stylish Shapes Square Dies' and cropped those in half and staggered those across the center of my card front.
Right across the center of those squares ..... I added a sentiment panel that was created with the help of the 'Trucking Along' set.
And the finishing touch for the front of my card was adding a single gingerbread man ..... using the 'Sending Cheer Dies'.
For the inside ..... I used another panel of White cardstock.  That too was embossed with the 'Christmas Tiding Embossing Folder' before it was adhered down to the inside of my card.
I added a sentiment piece to the inside and that was stamped from the 'Merry & Bright' set and fussy cut out.
So, there you have it friends.......
A Holiday Gift Card Holder......
That is done in NO TIME FLAT!!!!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you my home all decorated for the holiday season ..... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
