3-D Tuesday - Brick Wall Bag

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you today ........ And this is a SUPER QUICK and SUPER EASY project that you can create.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.
This project uses the new "Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags" along with the new "Brick Wall" embossing folder.
I ran my gift bag through my Big Shot ..... using the new "Brick wall" embossing folder.
To create the trio of flowers ....... I used the "Flower Shop" stamp set with both Bermuda Bay and Soft Sky cardstock.
After stamping my three flowers ..... I punched out all three of my flowers with the "Pansy" punch ........ and then used dimensionals to adhere each of my flowers to the Whisper White tag.
The wooden'Thanks' comes from the "Expressions Natural Elements......
And a finishing touch was to tie up my bag with some Whisper White and Bermuda Bay Thick Baker's Twine.
I added a special little hand-made card to the inside of my bag ....... and delivered it to someone very special.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a fun little Wine-Down Wednesday card with you ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Here are the two cards that I created......My basic card creation on the left and my Mix It UP! Monday card on the right.

But I added a Tea Lace Paper Doilies for my stamped circles to sit upon......

And the additional touch for this Mix It UP! version card was to add some White 1-1/4" Jute Ribbon around the bottom portion of my DSP panel.

Spot Light Sunday - Black Smile Card

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a wonderful new product card to share with you.  Most of the product I used for this card is from the new 2015-2016 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog.  Today, I'm going to feature a fun way to incorporate this new product into a pretty amazing card.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today.
This card comes together with the help of both the "Timeless Love" and "This is the Life" stamp sets.
I also used the "Everyday Chic" DSP for this card.
My 'You Make My Heart Smile' was punched out with the 2" circle punch - And the 'S/Smile' sentiment is punched out with the 1" circle punch.
I matted my 2" circle punch with a 2-1/2" Whisper White circle punch - And my 1" circle punch is matted with a 1-1/4" circle punch.
So there you have it friends ........ A pretty basic new product card.

HAPPY 4th of JULY

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
I interrupt my regularly scheduled blog posting for a special 4th of July post.  TODAY is my birthday ......... And Jack and I are in San Francisco CELEBRATING!  I figured today would be the perfect day to post a special little 4th of July project that I made before we left Tucson for my birthday get away.  Let's jump right in with my special blog post for today......
Here are the Uncle Sam........And Baby Sam boxes that I made.
This is the back view (of the Uncle Sam box).
The larger box (Uncle Sam) is a 6-1/2"x4-1/4" Real Red box.  I scored the 4-1/4" sides at 1" and the 6-1/2" side at 2-3/4".  To create the front star for both the front and back of my Uncle Sam box ........ I used the largest Star Framelit (with Real Red cardstock) and the 2nd largest Star Framelit (with Night of Navy cardstock).
For Baby Sam ...... I used a 4-1/4"x5-1/2" piece of Real Red cardstock.  On the 4-1/4" side I scored both ends at 1" ........ And on the 5-1/2" side I scored both sides at 3-1/4".  To create my star for the front (and back) of this box ....... I used the 2nd largest star with Real Red cardstock and the 3rd largest star with Night of Navy cardstock.
Here is what the score and cut lines look like for both boxes.
Here's a close up of the Uncle Sam punch art......
And a close-up of how the box came together.
These boxes look adorable with some Red/White and Blue shredding ....... And small pieces of chocolate fit perfectly into these little boxes.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a new product card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Tag Thursday 4th of July tag

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Well my friends ........ Jack and I made it to San Francisco last night and we plan to spend the next three days kicking back and enjoying some fabulous sites in this beautiful city.

For my blog post today ....... I have a Tag Thursday creation to share with you.  Since this is my birthday week ........ I thought how perfect to make a 4th of July thank you tag.  So.....Let's jump right in with my tag share for today.

This fun little tag just couldn't be any easier to make ........ And would look OH SO CHARMING attached to a package of 4th of July Sparklers.
The first thing I did was run my Whisper White tag through the Big Shot using the "Star" Embossing folder ........

Next I added some "English Garden" DSP to the bottom half of my tag.......
And used the "Sweet Lil' One" stamp set to stamp my 'thanks' sentiment directly onto the white section of my "English Garden" DSP.
I used the "Scallop Tag Topper" to create a pretty top for my tag ....... And topped my tag off with some Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.

A final touch was using the "Confetti Stars Border" punch and some Real Red and Night of Navy cardstock to create a sprinkling of stars over the top of my tag.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share some special birthday cards I received from several friends before leaving for San Francisco ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Wine Down Wednesday - For You Card

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will offer you some inspiration and hopefully provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........
This is one of those cards that comes together in a SUPER SNAP ......... And looks OH SO FABULOUS in just about any color combination.
I started out with a base card of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I then added layers of Basic Black and some "Typeset Specialty Designer Series Paper" ....... and that was my base foundation for this card.

Next I punched three Bermuda Bay 1-3/4" circle and lined them up across the center of my card and added a Very Vanilla banner flag across the top of my three Bermuda Bay circles.
A great touch was adding the 'for you' die cut from the "Mini Treat Bag Thinlits" and adding some Crystal Effects to the top of my diecut words.  The Crystal Effect makes the 'for you" really stand out on my Very Vanilla banner flag.
All that was left to do was stitch around my Bermuda Bay circles and add two Bitty Flowers to each end of my banner flag.  A simply fabulous card that works perfectly for mass-producing or when you find you need a special little card in a super fast rush.

Jack is taking me to San Francisco for my birthday so tomorrow morning I will wake up in sunny California and enjoy some time away with my honey.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a great 4th of July Tag Thursday with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
