Celebrate Birthday Card

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........

 

How FABULOUS is this Birthday card!!!!

 

I started this card off with a Whisper White base and added a panel of the 'Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper' to the top.

 

Before I adhered that Designer Series Paper down ..... I wrapped some of the OH SO YUMMY 'Petal Pink Metallic-Edge Ribbon' around the top ...... And tied it up into a pretty bow.

 

Right below my bow.......I stamped my sentiment from the 'Happy Birthday To You' Sale-a-Bration set.  I used VersaMark ink and sprinkled it with 'Gold Embossing Powder' before heat setting it.

 

My birthday cake was created with the 'Happy Birthday To You' set ...... And I used the coordinating 'Birthday Dies' to crop out that BEAUTIFUL image.

 

My 'Stampin' Blends' were used to color in my birthday cake.  I used Smoky Slate, Granny Apple Green and Petal Pink to color all my images in.

 

And my finishing touch was adding three little 'Gold Metallic Pearls' around the front of my card ...... And this card was done in a FLASH!!!

Just LOVE how this card turned out.....

And can't wait to send it off to someone special.
