My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday. That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you. This project is SUPER FUN to
create and the product is featured in both the 2018 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog and 2018-2019 Annual Stampin' UP! Catalog. Let's jump
right in with my project share for today.......
There's just something about giving a package of tags to someone special for the upcoming holidays that makes me happy. And of course ....... Who wouldn't love receiving these beautiful tags?
This set of 6-holiday gift tags that I created fit perfectly inside one of our 'Clear Acetate Boxes'.
I ended up cutting one of the 'Clear Acetate Boxes' in half and creating a darling little belly band as a decorative element around that box.
How DOWN RIGHT ADORBLE are these tags!!!!
Each tag got it's start by stamping the 'Buffalo Plaid' image at the bottom section of each tag. I used Black ink to stamp my plaid ...... And added a thin piece of Real Red cardstock at the top and bottom section of the stamped plaid to really give my tag some POP!!!!
Each tag has a tiny sprig added to it ....... And that was cropped out in a flash with the help of the 'Sprig Punch' and some Old Olive card stock.
My sentiment is from the 'Take Out Treats' set and I used the 'Take Out' dies to crop out that sentiment message. The rest of the layering pieces were done quickly wit the 'Burst Punch' and the 1-3/4" Circle Punch.
My tag was topped off with some 'Real Red 3/8" Cotton Ribbon' and tied up with some 'Basic Black Baker's Twine'.
This project came together pretty quickly.......
And will make a perfect little holiday gift to give to someone special.
