Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday. That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you. This project is SUPER FUN to create and the product is featured in the 2017-2018 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog. Let's jump right in with my project share for today.......
Thanks for joining me today! I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share. Keep Living Your
This project was inspired by the very talented Denita Wright. I added my 'Kadie' touches to her project and came up with this OH SO PRETTY Gift Tag Holder.
To create this project I used the Envelope Punch Board and started out with a 6-1/2" x 6-1/2" piece of Powder Pink cardstock. The first punch and score was at 1-7/8". I then moved my cardstock over to the 3-1/4" mark and punched and scored at that spot. I went around the remaining three sides and lined up the original score lines and punched and scored again at each of those spots.
To cover up the punched section of the top of my Gift Tag Holder, I covered the outside and inside flap of my tag holder with a 2-1/8" x 4" piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. Before I adhered these cardstock covers to my top flap......I added some Ruched Ribbon between the two flaps and that acts as the closure for my Gift Tag Holder.
I used the 'Pretty Label Punch' to stamp my "Celebrate" message on the top of my tag holder. I used Early Espresso ink and the 'Happy Birthday Gorgeous' set to stamp that sentiment. My flowers used the same stamp set with Flirty Flamingo ink.
And here are the PRETTY tags that I tucked inside my Gift Tag Holder.
Each tag measures 2" x 3-7/8".....
I created 4-Powder Pink tags.......
And 4-Flirty Flamingo tags......
Each tag had a pretty flower from the 'Happy Birthday Gorgeous' set stamped onto a Whisper White tag that was punched from the 'Pretty Label Punch'.
And each tag was tied off with a pretty Ruched Ribbon and Whisper White Baker's Twine bow.
Once all eight tags were finished......They tucked perfectly into the Gift Tag Holder that I completed.
So there you have it friends.......
What a FABULOUS little gift this makes for someone special.
Love the concept of the box but those pretty tags . . . I covet!
