Spring Fling Share Part Four

YAHOO FRIENDS.....It's Saturday!  We made it through another week and we can now reward ourselves with a FUN PACKED WEEKEND. Mine will be spent with my Son who is visiting me and we are heading up tot he Mesa Market today to PLAY at a huge flea market.  SO......My post will be quick today - but fun packed as always.   For todays share, I have the fun little gift card holder project that we made at Di Gibbs Spring Fling event to share with you ....... Let's jump right in .......

To starters we created this super fun coffee cup - with a crimpled belly wrap and even a red hot lipstick print left on the rim of the cup.

The little coffee wrap we ran through the crimper to give it some texture and lifted the entire coffee cup up off our belly band portion of our card with dimensionals.

After you slide off the belly band - Which was made with a Poppy Parade piece of cardstock and a topper piece of Pool Party - you are left with this A2 card size gift card holder...........

We made a matching coffee cup gift tag for the inside of our A2 card ......... and that slides right into one of the two pockets that we created to the inside of our gift card holder ......... Check this next picture out .........

All we did to create our inside pocket was seal up an A2 sized envelope and fold it in half and snipped off one end of our envelope to create a pocket - that our coffee cup gift card and our actual gift card can be tucked inside those pockets we created.

BRILLIANT IDEA .... and SUPER EASY to create!

We ended up attaching our outside coffee card to our belly band with the help of a couple dimensionals.  And that was mainly designed so the coffee cup had a way of being attached to the belly band.

SERIOUSLY LOVE how this project turned out - and with all the Starbucks gift cards that I buy for my kids ....... this project will be duplicated - OVER AND OVER AGAIN - For Sure!
