June Stamp Club Cards

Happy Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today I want to share the card projects that we made at yesterday's Stamp Club.  We made two cards and a 3-D project yesterday all while we were experiencing our OFFICIAL KICK OFF to the 2012 Tucson Monsoon Season.  Normally, I hold Stamp Club in my dining room - but yesterday there ere only two club gals that were still in town ........ so we were able to set-up Club in my studio.  It was a thrill watching the monsoon come in while we were busy working on our Club projects.
WOW ...... SERIOUSLY GORGEOUS!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Monsoon Season.

Our first card for June Stamp Club is a A2 size card.....We used the new stamp set "Forever with You" and colored the letters in with Stampin' Write Markers.  We hand cut out the Whisper White frame and popped it up onto the Baja Breeze Apothecary Accents Framelits die.
We used the Framed Tulips Folder to frame out the Whisper White mat.
And the Apothecary Accents Die was stamped with the "Forever with You" stamp set using VersaMark stamp pad.  We also had the option of adding some Shimmer Paint (Champagne Mist) onto the Crumb Cake Seam Binding Ribbon for a little WOW FACTOR.
Our 3x3 card was inspired by Ann Schach at StampinChic.  We used a layered tone-on-tone look with Whisper White cardstock and the new Midnight Muse cardstock for our little 3x3 card.
The Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder gave us a great background image for our top Whisper White layer piece.  And our Midnight Muse piece was cut out using the Apothecary Accents Framelits die ..... and we also used that same die to create our top frame that was stamped using the new Crumb Cake ink (for the frame) and then stamped it again with Midnight Muse and punched it out using the Large Oval punch.
We distressed all the edges of our 3x3 card with Early Espresso ink and that created just the soft vintage look we were going for.  Simply love love love how each of our card projects turned out for our June Club meeting.

I'll be back tomorrow to share the 3-D product we created......Hope you can join me for that share.

Keep Living Your Dream!
