Dragonfly Card

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........

This is one of those cards that you can make in a down & dirty minute.

You start out with a Mint Macaron base card ....... And add a layer of Tranquil Tide card stock and top that off with a panel of the 'Share What You Love Designer Series Paper'.

 

My sentiment was stamped from the 'Dragonfly Dreams' set with Tranquil Tide ink.  I used a piece of Mint Macaron card stock and then matted that to a piece of Tranquil Tide card stock.

The dragonfly image was die-cut using the 'Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits'.  I used both 'Silver Foil Sheets' and Tranquil Tide card stock for my dragonfly.

 

Some 'Silver Metallic Thread' was added to the back of the dragonfly for a soft and whimsy touch.

And there you have it friends ........ 

Can you even begin to image other color combinations????
