Fall Fest Christmas Ornament

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Here's some fun pictures of our back-to-school shopping event yesterday.....
We went shopping for new shoes (only new pair are Jared's yellow/green sneakers).......
 We ate at Noodles........
And then did some serious shopping at Kohls.........
BASICALLY.....a SUPER FUN and SUPER PRODUCTIVE Day!
My share today is another 3-D project that we made at Di Gibbs Fall Fest Event.  We used one of the Kraft Gift Boxes to wrap up the Christmas Ornament we created......
We were given a clear glass Christmas ornament and told to pick whatever pattern paper we wanted from the Festive of Prints Designer Series Paper Stack.  We wrapped our stripes of DSP around a pencil and then dropped those wrapped up stripes of DSP right down into the ornament.
I picked a Cherry Cobbler and a Chocolate Chip pattern to fill up my ornament..........
And we used some of the new 7/8" Cotton Ribbon to create a beautiful bow for the top of our ornament.  We attached our "Merry Christmas" message with a vintage safety pin and our ornament was ready to hang from the tree.  I can honestly say that I'm thinking of using this idea to decorate our holiday tree this year.

Today we are heading out to the amusement park with the kids.  Another yearly tradition we have is to take the kids to the amusement park the weekend before school starts and we spend the ENTIRE DAY riding the rides and eating the YUMMY JUNK FOODS that goes along with spending the day at an amusement park.  Looking forward to this yearly tradition and will without a doubt have pictures to share with you tomorrow of this fun event.  Keep Living Your Dream!
