Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My Halloween post for today are these eyeball coffin holders that I made for my SaddleBrooke girlfriends last year.
I was lucky enough to find these chocolate eyeballs at the dollar store......and just put four of them in a small Stampin' UP! cello bag and used some linen thread to close-up the cello bag.
The coffin was made with the Stampin' UP! Petal Cone die!
All I did was die-cut out the Petal Cone shape and then ran it through my Big Shot using the now retired Spider Web embossing folder.
I wrapped some black and white tulle around my coffin and attached a R.I.P. headstone (made from the large tag punch) to the front of my coffin.
The cello bag full of eyeballs tucked perfectly into the Petal Cone Coffin shape.
The only other thing I added to the front of my coffin was a punched out bat.......and this project was finished in no time flat.
Thanks for joining me today! I'll be back tomorrow with another Halloween treat to share with you ..... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share. Keep Living Your Dream!
"Don't you eyeball me, boy!" That's what pops in my brain upon seeing your fun treat combination!
ReplyDeleteOh cool! Would you believe that someone gave me this Petal Cone die. What a cool project. I really think I am not just a Good Aunt; but a Great Aunt =) in the eyes of my Great Nephew and Niece. They are going to LOVE these too! Gosh, thank you so much! I am going to be the best Aunt ever! =)
