Happy New Year's Eve My Blogger Friends!
My share today is a darling little Christmas project that I made for all my SaddleBrooke friends. I made my rounds on Christmas Eve morning to get my 29 Candy Cane Elf Treats delivered to my dear dear SaddleBrooke friends. And let me tell you........these Elves BLEW my friends AWAY.
I can not take credit for this DARLING Elf treat. They were created by my fellow SU demo Jackie Topa......Who is the QUEEN of Punch Art. She created these little cuties and posted them on her blog and I knew the minute I saw these..........I WAS GOING TO MAKE THEM FOR MY SADDLEBROOKE GIRLFRIENDS.
I created a Girl Elf......
That has a Riding Hood Red Pennant Dress .....With coordinating Lucky Limeade Mittens.....And her shoes are made from the Top Note BigZ Die and wrapped around the bottom of a candy cane.
Her ears were formed from the wings of the Bird Punch....and her golden hair is the apron from the Owl Punch.
The boy comes together the same as the girl.....but you use the Modern Label punch for the boys body.
And basically everything you do to the front of your Elf.....You do to the back.....So it too is as finished and pretty as the front view.
And here's a view of what the Girl Elf looked like hanging from the mailbox......
And I dropped a Boy and Girl Elf off at my neighbors house who had their daughter visiting for the holidays.
These cute little Elves were the HIT of all gifts I've made for my SaddleBrooke friends and I have to THANK Jackie for creating this AWESOME punch art cutie. Though making 29 of these was a LOT OF WORK......in the end......It was all worth it.
I'll be back tomorrow to share my New Years Eve Mailbox Gift with you.....Hope you can join me for that share.......Keep Living Your Dream!
Wow Kadie...what cuties those are. It makes me wish I lived in Saddlebrooke also!
