Holiday Extravaganza Project 2 and 3

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have two cards to share with you that we made last weekend at Lorri Heilings Extravaganza Event.

This first card we created was a stack of Holiday Presents that we used the new Season of Style Designer Series Paper.
We used the new Stylish Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on our Whisper White panel..... and set-off to create some holiday packages for the front of our card.
All we need to do to create the three holiday packages is cut your Season of Style DSP into three different sizes and stack them on top of each other.  You then wrap a small piece of 1/8" Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon around the front of your packages and secure the ends around the backside.  You then take a small piece of Old Olive Ribbon and tied a pretty bow and added it to the top package and secure it down with a glue dot.  ADORABLE CARD that comes together in a FLASH!
Our second card was SUPER FAST and packs a big WOW FACTOR in my eyes!
We used the Season of Style Designer Series Paper Stack for our background DSP panel.......and added a small piece of the 3/4" Cherry Cobbler Chevron Ribbon to the left hand side of our sentiment panel.
I grabbed the wrong stamp set for my sentiment panel ...... but kind of liked the way it looked on this larger Crumb Cake panel.......So I left it alone and matted it with the Whisper White background panel.  Have to say that I'm thinking this might be a great card to have Hailey do for one of our upcoming Sype Sunday's.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more Holiday Extravaganza Event projects with you.........Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

  1. Those patterns really take off as a stack of gifts and your "flash" card looks to polished and pretty!

  3. Awesome cards Kadie! Love the presents. The Stripes folder really adds the elegance to a card, doesn't it!
The crumb cake card is a quick and easy one for me to do. I have a lot of those little pieces of ribbon in a jar that I could use up on this card. Love the hand stitching on both.
Thanks so much for sharing with us! Have a great weekend!
