Extravaganza Projects ONE

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!

Today I have the first of several blog post that I will be sharing with you........of the projects that we made at Lorri Heilings Holiday Extravaganza Event last Saturday.  Here's a quick view of all the projects we made.........



We ended up making 15 projects at Lorri's Extravaganza Event.......Let me share the banner project with you today!

Lorri had us use the "Build a Banner Simply Created Kit" to make this SUPER CUTE holiday banner.

Here is the "b" pennant for my "brrr" banner.

We used Pool Party, Tempting Turquoise and Silver Encore ink to stamp our Festive Flurry snowflakes onto our canvas pieces.........

And this is one of the three "r's" that I stamped.

I decided to allow the ink to completely dry.....and when I got home......I used some Crystal Effects over my stenciled letters......and that created a fun glossy letter for my pennants.

I also used Dazzling Details over portions of my stamped snowflakes (again....I did this when I got home) and that added lots of dazzle and sparkle to my snowflakes.

To connect my pennants together I used the jute twine that came with the kit and added a Silver Glimmer Festive Flurry snowflake between each pennant.

Lorri provided us with some White Tulle, Pool Party Seam Binding and some new 1/8" silver ribbon to pretty our banner up with. 

Here's a close-u of the smallest Festive Flurry stamped snowflake in Tempting Turquoise.

And a Tempting Turquoise snowflake with a Rhinestone Gem added to the center.

For a final touches I added to my banner a small piece of 1/8" silver ribbon to the bottom of each of my pennants.

Just LOVE LOVE LOVE how this project turned out ....... and without a doubt this banner will be part of my holiday décor in my studio this year.
