Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
Well I made it to the Scissors and the City Retreat and WOW..........It's always so nice to get together with these 5-Phoenix girlfriends. I always make a little treat for each of their workstations and this year.......I gave my treats a HALLOWEEN theme. Let me share with you the first gift that I made for them............
I made this grouping for Terry.....
This set is for Melody......
Here's Donna's set............
And Jennifer's set............
Kathy's set.......
And here's the set I made for the coordinator of this event.......Sandi......
And her daughter Stephanie!
This is my set! Let me share with you the gifts that I made these special friends!
First up.......I made a cover for their bottled water.
Here's a close-up of that water bottle cover.
I also made each of the gals a luggage tag. Their initial was on the front side of their tag......
And I stamped a fun little Halloween image on the backside.
I also had lots of fun going through my ribbon stash and adding all different types of fibers to each of the luggage tag rings.
I added an RSVP pen to their gifts.......and the barrel of the pen had matching DSP added to it.
And the final gift was a metal tin that was filled with stamped paper.
Here's a close-up of the belly band topper that I created.
This is what the tin looks like with the belly band removed......
And when they opened the tin......I filled it with colored paper that I stamped all different Halloween images in the lower left and right hand corner.
Here's a close-up of the paper that was filled inside their tins!
Figured they could re-use the tin when Halloween was over......And who knows.....I think it would be darling to create a Christmas belly band and use the Jolly Bingo Bits stamp set for the filler paper.
Thanks for joining me today! I'm off to go play at the Scissors and the City retreat......Hope you can make plans to stop back tomorrow to see the fun Baby Shower card I made for one of my fellow SaddleBrooke Stamper friends. Keep Living Your Dream!
you are simply amazing . . . every gift is so special and you know how to "rock out" a water bottle.
ReplyDeleteOh my word! You go to so much effort making people feel special! Love the luggage tag treated with ribbons and your tin of stacked paper! Your adornment on the belly band is so clever! I'm glad you Ladies had a great weekend together!
