Portfolio Gift For A Friend

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project is SUPER FUN to create and the product is featured in both the 2018 Stampin' UP! Occasions Catalog and 2017-2018 Annual Stampin' UP! Catalog.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.......
I created this PERFECT PORTFOLIO for a friend who got together with me a couple weeks ago and we spent the day stamping.
Here is what was tucked inside the portfolio........
Four coordinating cards and envelopes.
I used the two new products from the 2018 Occasions Catalog to create these cards.
I used the 'Petal Passion Designer Series Paper' to create a pretty panel across the top of my card......
And before adhering that panel down to my Whisper White base card ...... I wrapped some 'Black Baker's Twine' around it and tied it up into a pretty bow.
My thank you sentiment was stamped with the 'Southern Serenade' set and layered with a Real Red circle and the 'Pretty Label' Punch.
The magic of this portfolio is it uses one sheet of 8-1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock ...... And with the magic of folding ...... You are able to create this fun pocket on the inside to hold your cards and envelopes.
Here are the scoring lines for the 8-1/2" x 11" piece of Whisper White: On the short side-score at 2 and 6-1/2".  And on the long side-score at 4-1/4" and 5".  You will also want a piece of Basic Black that measures 4-1/2" x 5-1/2".  Score that piece at 1" and 1-3/4".
I was able to reduce down the size of this portfolio and create both notecard size and little 3" x 3" sizes ....... Which I will share with you soon.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

  1. Thanks Kadie. Looking forward to the 3x3 as I want to hoard my mini pizza boxes for other things! Plus the notecard size, be still my heart! I will have presents made ahead of time for a change! Thanks again.

    1. I'm hoping that the 3x3 packaging can be next week. You can always private message me and I can share those measurements with you (so you can get a jump on your presents).
