Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Before I jump in with my card share for today......I would like to share a family picture at the White House yesterday......
This is Easter at the White House in Oregon, Wisconsin. My grandkids are celebrating Easter with their Aunt Jenni (my daughter) The line up is......Brooke, Jenni, Twoie, Hailey, Steven and Jared in the background. My oldest daughter Cheryl is taking the picture.
Now on with today's card share. It's a special little Easter Card that I received from my good friend Donna up in Phoenix. Check out this sweet little card she made for me............
This card is EXTRA SPECIAL to me for two reasons. First it's cuz Donna includes me in on her holiday card list....but most importantly.....CUZ I KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK DONNA TO CUT EACH OF THOSE LITTLE BUNNIES OUT!
Aren't these the cutest little cottontails you've ever seen!
Donna had cut out ALL 90-something of these ...... BY HAND!
I LOVE her "Happy Easter" sentiment in Gumball Green......
And the embossed background is PERFECT for this card.
But I think the real HIT is what Donna wrote on the inside of my card. Leave it to Donna to come up with the PERFECT message for the inside of her card. THANK-YOU Donna for my DARLING Easter Card!
Thanks for joining me today! I'll be back tomorrow to share with you a darling little card I received from my good friend Pam.......Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share. Keep Living Your Dream!
Wow! Cutting those bunnies must have taken forever! Nice work Donna.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting the pics on your
blog. Reviewed many of your posts and your work is remarkable....as always Mom.
Great family pic...isn't that a great one for the memory book!!!
ReplyDeleteOMGoodness....What an adorable card that Donna made. And all that cutting....wow...my arthritic thumb would fall off; fabulous job! I love the bunnies and their cottontails; but, I about fell off my chair when I read the saying! How funny! Thanks so much for sharing and for the laugh!!! Love it!
I MUST know how she debossed the bunnies! Charming card and sentiment
ReplyDeleteThe bunnies were never embossed. I stamped them and then cut them out and placed them on top of the embossed whisper white vine background and between the grass. Hope that helps?
