Happy Halloween

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
It's Halloween and that means tmy SaddleBrooke Stamper Friends get their traditional holiday mailbox delivery this morning.  Before I share that mailbox gift with you......I want to share a fun little Halloween Banner I created for my studio.

I created this fabric Halloween Banner and hung it in my studio over my doorway area.
I purchased a fabric panel of this banner a couple years ago and honestly.....had forgotten I bought it.  All I needed to do was cut out the fabric pieces and then glue them onto some cardstock pieces and this project was done.  All that was left to do was PRETTY it up with some ribbons and tulle.
I used my Ikea Wire Hanger that my son had installed when he was here visiting a couple years ago (I normally hang my favorite cards I receive up there) and joined the banner pieces together with the Ikea Clips.  This project turned out WAY BETTER than I had expected and think I might be making more of these for the upcoming holidays.

Now on to my Halloween Mailbox Treats.......
I created these darling little Witches Cauldrons for 25 of my friends here in SaddleBrooke and was out bright and early this morning making my traditional Holiday Treat delivery.
I used the Bootiful Occasions stamp set (which makes the LEFT shoe).  But how did I create the RIGHT shoe.........
All I did was run my stamped left shoe through the copy machine with a transparency sheet and then I was able to flip the transparency sheet over and I created the RIGHT shoe.
The Cauldron was created by die-cutting out two Labels Collection Framelits that I just cut off the top and bottom of each of the die-cut pieces........
And then I made a small box to sandwich between the two die-cut shapes.
I mounted the Witches' boots to a piece of black licorice and tucked the feet into my Cauldron and then filled the cauldron up with a cello bag of candy corn.  I also used some purple shredded gift filler paper to add some FUN to my Cauldron.
Here's all 25 of my Halloween Cauldron's just waiting for my early morning delivery!
I wrapped each Cauldron in a large cello bag and tied them up with some black bakers twine and a tag (like any of my friends won't be sure who is responsible for this gift)!
So there you have it friends.......My Halloween mailbox treats for my SaddleBrooke friends.  Pretty sure that each of them will LOVE LOVE LOVE their Halloween gift and have to tell you.......I just can't wait to share with you the Thanksgiving Mailbox Treat that I'm working on.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to begin sharing with you some of the SUPER FABULOUS treats I received while at the Scissors and the City Retreat at the beginning of October.  Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living YourDream!

Holiday Extravaganza Event Project #13

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have the final project from the Holiday Extravaganza Event......

We created this OH SO PRETTY Christmas box!
We used the Extra-Large Gift Boxes that are available in the Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog.......and used the Season of Style Designer Series Paper to cover all the sides of our box.
The Gift Tag was created with the Chalk Talk Framelits and the sentiment we used was from the "Merry Little Christmas" stamp set (in Cherry Cobbler).
We created a bow using the Season of Style DSP.........
And the Gift Bow Bigz L Die (that also is in the Holiday Catalog).
What made this box such an AWESOME AWESOME project is that the box was large enough to hold ALL the Extravaganza projects (except our banner).  That's right.....all our projects from the Holiday Extravaganza Event fit perfectly inside this box!
Hope you had fun the last few days seeing what I created at Lorri Heilings Holiday Extravaganza.  It is one of those events that I LOVE going to.....and I am never disappointed in what we create.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the fun mailbox treats that I made for my SaddleBrooke friends for Halloween.  I will be making my early morning delivery of those treats tomorrow morning........and hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Holiday Extravaganza Project #11 and #12

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have two more 3-D projects that we made at the Holiday Extravaganza Event a couple weekends ago.  Check out this first project........It's a box that holds 4 or 5 cards inside.

This box was made with the new Stampin' UP! Punch Board and some Cherry Cobbler cardstock!
We created this darling belly band to go around our box........(using the Season of Style DSP) and topped it off with the new Cherry Cobbler 1" Stitched Edge Grosgrain Ribbon.
Here's what the configuration of the box looks like........and the belly band removed from the box!
And as you can see........the cards and envelopes get tucked nicely right inside the box.
LOVE how this project came together with a 12x12 sheet of cardstock.
Our next 3-D project is this ADORABLE mini coffee cup!
We used the Season of Style DSP to cover our mini coffee cups......
And then wrapped a piece of the Cherry Cobbler 1" Stitched Edge Grosgrain Ribbon around the center of our cup and tied a pretty knot.  To top off our ribbon......we added one of the Frosted Finishes Embellishments to the center of our knot.
We added our lid to our covered coffee cup and then topped it off with a chocolate covered peppermint cookie and called this one done.  This mini coffee cup holds a Starbucks Gift Card.......and I can also see filling these cups up with some chocolate covered espresso beans and giving them to my SERIOUS COFFEE DRINKING FRIENDS!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the final project we made at the Holiday Extravaganza..............Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Holiday Extravaganza Projects #9 and #10

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have two projects to share with you from the Holiday Extravaganza Event up in Phoenix.  Let me start out with the gift bag project we created......

We made this super fun little drawstring bag from the new Mini Muslin Bags that are in the Stampin' UP! Holiday catalog.
We used the new Expressions Thinlits Dies and die-cut out our "Merry" sentiment with Real Red cardstock....and then grabbed our Cherry Cobbler ink and inked up just the "Christmas" on the "Merry Little Christmas" stamp......and stamped that onto our Chalk Talk framelits die-cut piece.
We used the stencils that were included in the "Build a Banner Simply Created Kit" to pretty up our Muslin Bags.  We grabbed the polka-dot stencil and some Old Olive ink and with the help of a finger dabber......we went to town just adding ink directly to our Muslin Bags......Polka-Dot Style!
Turned out that the earrings we created were the perfect little gift to tuck inside our Muslin Bags!
And my second project share for you today is this darling little gift card holder that we made with a standard size envelope.
To create our snowman for the front of our gift card holder......we used the new "Snow Day" stamp set and stamped our snowman with Whisper White ink onto a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock.
Here's a close-up of my snowman all shiny with some Crystal Effects added to his buttons, scarf and hat!
To create our gift card holder......All we did was fold our envelope in half.....and cut the flap down the score line.  We licked and sealed the left hand side of our envelope closed and that left the right hand side open for us to slide our gift card into.
Here's what the right hand side of our opened gift card looks like when the flap is opened.....It fits a standard size gift card perfectly into the slot.
We decorated our inside right flap with some Season of Style DSP......
And also decorated the front panel with another panel of Season of Style DSP.  We used dimensionals to raise our stamped snowman image onto the front of our envelope.....and that allowed us to slide our Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding around our card so we could tie our gift card holder closed.
SUPER FUN PROJECTS and super easy to re-create!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow with the last two projects we made at Lorri Heilings Holiday Extravaganza Event.  Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Holiday Extravaganza Project #7 and #8

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have two pretty QUICK AND EASY Holiday Extravaganza Cards to share with you.  Let me jump right in with this share........

My first card uses the Season of Style Designer Series Paper for our bold holiday stripes......
And some YUMMY Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding for our darling little bow.  And to complete our bow we added one of the new Frosted Finishes Embellishments to the center of our bow!
Our sentiment was stamped on Whisper White (using Cherry Cobbler ink) and we used the "Merry Little Christmas stamp set.  We used the Labels Collection framelits to die-cut out our sentiment.....and then matted it with Silver Glimmer Paper in the next Labels Collection sized framelit.
And that is all there is to creating this BEAUTIFUL holiday card.
And my second card share for today is this SUPER FUN card that was created using the new Stampin' UP! Punch Board.  We used the Season of Style DSP for our base card.....
And then stamped out the "Santa's List" image and cut it out with our Paper Snips. Lorri had already created this darling little polaroid frame for us to slip our snipped out Santa into.  We added one of the Old Olive Simply Styled Embellishments to the top of our frame and adhered the whole frame onto our card with some dimensionals.
One of the final touches we put onto this card was an ADORABLE bow using the new Cherry Cobbler 1" Stitched Edge Grosgrain Ribbon.
All we did with the ribbon was wrap it around the front of our card and then tied a pretty bow on the front of our card.  And to finish off the inside of our card......We used the new "Joy to the World" stamp set with Cherry Cobbler ink.

So there you have it friends........two quick and easy cards to pull together for the upcoming holidays.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more Holiday Extravaganza Event projects with you.......Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
