Halloween Banner Take Two!

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Yesterday......We had a surprise 40th birthday party for my oldest daughter Cheryl.  We had a WONDERFUL time.  We were able to surprise her with about 30 of her closest friends and family members.....and even after she worked a full work week of 12 hour days......she was able to smile and enjoy herself BIG TIME (while all along she was probably thinking......I just want to sleep!).  Happy Birthday Cheryl!

As many of you are aware.......I've been experiencing LOTS of computer issues since I have been on vacation.....and have reached my "spent mode".  I'm giving it up and going to re-post some of my favorite holiday posts over the next couple of days.  When I return to Arizona.....the first stop will be my Computer Doctor...and hopefully.....he will be able to get whatever virus is eating up my computer FIXED and get me back on the FAST TRACK.  SO.....for today......I'm going to share with you the Halloween Banner I made last year for my studio.

Here is my Halloween Banner......
I hang it right across the front of my studio window.......and it's the first thing you see when you walk into my studio!
I used a Sizzix box die-cut and cut out a total of 8-boxes and spelled out the Halloween message "Boo To You"............
I added some retired DSP to the front of each of the 8-boxes.......
And LOTS of ribbons and fibers!
Here's a close-up of each of the boxes.......The "B"......
One of the "O".........
The second "O".....
The "T".....
Another "O"......
The "Y"......
Yet another "O"......
And the "U".
The entire banner is just darling on my window and makes me smile every single time I walk into my studio.

Thanks for joining me today........I'll be back to share another walk down memory lane post with you.....Hope you can make plans to join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

  4. Lovely banner. What a great idea. Boo-ti-fully done! =)

I spent a lovely 3 day weekend with my cousins. We stamped, colored, cut, scored and played all day Friday. We told stories, brought up lots of memories and shared a lot of fun and laughs. I sure let family slip away while my parents were sick. They are all going to come back and learn more about stamping and paper crafting. I so can't wait. Yay!

Hopefully, I will make it to the P.O. tomorrow!!! Double YAY!!! Blessings!
