First up is Fabulous Unique Stamper Ann. I swear that you could hear Elvis singing when I pulled this fun little number out of the envelope. LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this card. The stamp set is so FUN and Ann embossed the three different images in black embossing powder and then popped each of the square up on her card. As you can tell....Ann used foil paper for the bottom portion of her card - and my camera just didn't like filming this portion of her card. Oh such a fabulous card Ann.....THANK YOU!
Next up is the first FU swap card I received in July.....and it's from my stamping friend Kris. OH this card just sings of a card that you might find down South - and don't you just love how Kris added three RED hearts and brought the embossing to this card with her "thinking of you" sentiment. Her silver is the lovely little hodgepodge hardware piece that she tucked her sentiment in. Truly a fabulous card Kris - THANK YOU!
Next up is Debbies card - OH MY GOSH....Absolutely LOVE the embossing folder that Debbie used to run her piece of silver cardstock through. She also added six little silver sticker brads and seriously that completely balanced out this fabulous "congratulations" card. YOU ROCK DEBBIE- thanks!
And last up is MY FU swap card. I used the Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions Embossing Folder from SU for my silver card stock. I then stamped the "Hello" sentiments from the Posy Punch stamp set from SU and embossed three of them with Real Red Embossing Powder (also from SU). I then punched out each of the embossed red "Hello's" with a 1" circle punch and used dimensionals on the back of each "Hello" and stacked them onto a red square and arranged them onto a panel of Whisper White cardstock. I added a little piece of retired gray taffeta ribbon and called this one a day. LOVE......LOVE.......LOVE how this card turned out - I might have used an oldie...but surely was a goodie card recipe for this swap.
Thanks for joining me today - I'll be back tomorrow to share some cards I've received from friends over the last couple of weeks.....Hope you can return and join me for those cards. Keep Living Your Dream!
