Oh Shoot Card by Ann

Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!
Today card is a FUN little tongue and cheek card from my friend Ann.
Here is the card Annie sent me for my Saddle-UP! Event.
Annie started out by running her Whisper White card base through an embossing folder.  She then took red and blue ink and sponged some of the ink onto the embossed area of her base card.
Here's a close-up of that embossing and inking technique.
She then created this FANTASTIC focal image by stamping her pistol image and matting it onto some Early Espresso cardstock.  The last step she took was to write the word "shoot" right below the pistol.
And here is the sweet sentiment that Annie wrote on the inside of my card!
So there you have it friends.........A perfect personalized Saddle-UP! Event card from my good friend Annie.  Sorry Annie that you missed my event.......but know you had fun on your cruise to Hawaii.  Hopefully you will be able to make my November Saddle-UP! Event!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a super fun birthday card that Jack received from one of my SaddleBrooke girlfriends..........Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Calendar Cover by Jackie

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My share for today is not papercraft related....but has everything to do with the fabulous art of creating.  Check out this truly amazing gift I received at my Saddle-UP! event from Jackie.

Saddle-UP! Event Gifts

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
Over the next couple of days........I have some amazing gifts that I received from some of the gals who joined me at my February 1st Saddle-UP! Event.  These are gifts that the ladies made especially for me.......and I just had to share them with you.  Let's jump in with Gail and Deb R's gift.....
This is the "Many Thanks" card I received from Gail.
She embossed the left hand side of her pocket card.  She used the Petite Petals stamp set and punch that she received in her Saddle-UP! registration packet to decorate the front of her card........
But the real WOW FACTOR of this card was this AMAZING "many thanks" label sentiment that actually pulled out to reveal an even bigger surprise.......
Gail used one of the "Saddle-UP!" decoration I had out for the day to pull all the pieces of her pocket card together.  BRILLIANT IDEA Gail....and OH SO FUN!
This was a SUPER FUN surprise for me to receive in the mail.......and one that I knew IMMEDIATELY was created 'just for me'Thank You Gail for creating this Saddle-UP! card for me.  I LOVE IT!
And my second gift share for today is this SUPER YUMMY treat that Deb R made for me.  She not only gave one to me at my event.......but she also created one each for my daughter Cheryl and granddaughter Hailey.  HOW AWESOME WAS THAT!
The special little touch that Deb created was this patch work scallop flower that she made.  She used lots of different scraps of DSP and glues them together and then punches them out to create some real WORKS OF ART.
And if the scallop flower wasn't enough......she filled the inside of each of our gift bags with some AWESOME YUMMY CANDY!
Needless to say.......The candy was YUMMY beyond words!  Thank You Deb for creating this sweet little surprise for me......and also for thinking of my girls and making each of them one too.   WE LOVED IT!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share another gift I received at my Saddle-UP! Event...........Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

SW Stampers February Swap Part 3

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have the final post for the swaps I received from my fellow Stampin' UP! demonstrators at my February meeting.  Let's jump right in with Annie's swap share......
She created this DARLING treat bag.
She used the SU 1"x8" cello bags......and filled her bags with red and pink candies.....
And created her punch art puppy with SU Punches!
She even decorated the backside of her bag with the same coordinating punch art.
Such a fun little project!  Thank You Annie for sharing this project with me.  I will promise you......This is one of those 3-D projects that I will CASE for my grandkids to receive for their fellow classmates someday!  (Maybe at the end of the school year..........for the dog days of summer!)
And my other share for today is this ADORABLE sucker rose from Sue S.
She used the new Spiral Flower Original Die to create her flower......
And a Dum Dum Sucker for the center!
Check out a close-up of the actual Dum Dum Flower that Sue created.
This project just made me squeal when Sue handed it to me.......And I want to THANK Sue for sharing this SUPER FUN project with me.  I'm going to try to make a bunch of these and create a fun little basket of spring flowers for my studio.  Think it would look adorable in all kinds of spring colors.  I will share that project with you when I get that completed.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to begin sharing with you some gifts I received at my Saddle-UP! Event...........Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

SW Stampers Feb Swap Part 2

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today I want to share with one more SW Stampers Swap Card for February and the February Make 'n Take that I had the ladies create............
I had the ladies make this darling little tag......
And they used not only the Envelope Punch Board and new Tag Topper Punch.......
But they also got to use a "NEW STAMP SET" that will be released in the new 2014-2015 Catalog.
The Stamp Set is "So Very Happy" and we received it as a sneak peek at Leadership.
We used the Envelope Punch Board to make the bow......
And the tag was created with the new Tag Topper Punch.
For my card share today......I am spot-lighting the card that Edna made.
I'm totally in LOVE with how she looped her ribbon and then added a fun In-Color Dahlias embellishment to the top of it.
Her stamped flower image is GORGEOUS.........
And my favorite thing about this card is it could be used for any occasion.  Just stamp a sentiment and add it to the upper right hand corner.  Thanks Edna for creating and sharing this beautiful card with us.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more Southwest Stampers Card Swap projects with you.........Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
