Double File Folder Card

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Check out this super fun double fold file folder card.  It's made using the Envelope Punch Board.  Let's jump right in with today's share.
This card uses the Envelope Punch Board to create a double file folder type card.  You start with a base card of 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" and score at 2-1/4" on both sides.
The stamp set I used was from the Perfect Pennants set.  I stamped it in Rich Razzleberry and then used the coordinating framelits to die-cut out the pennant shape.
Your DSP panels are 5-1/4" x 2".  Here's a close-up of how the Envelope Punch Board creates the PERFECT fie folder shape.
Line up your cardstock to the inside edge of the Envelope Punch Board and punch. Move your cardstock over to the 3" mark and Punch.  Flip your cardstock over and do the same to the opposite corner of your cardstock.  You will need to use your trimmer to cut off the cardstock to the right of your punched piece and this will form each of your file folders edges for your card.  You will do the exact same process to your DSP.....except instead of punching at 3".....Punch at 2-3/4".
Here's what your double file folder card looks like when you remove the ribbon belly band and completely open up your card.
So there you have it friends......a FUN - QUICK - EASY card you can create in a FLASH !

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you a couple note card boxes I made for my studio.  Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
