January FU Card From Debbie

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have the first of several blog post for my amazing FU (Fabulously Unique) Stamping Group.  Our theme for January was Boys to Men and we were asked to use Green and Gold for the colors on our card projects.  Here is the card that Debbie had us make for our January meeting.......
We started out our card project by embossing our gold background piece with the amazing Chevron Folder.
Our focal image was the retired SU moving truck (sorry....Just can't recall the name to this set) and Debbie gave us the option to color our moving truck ANY color we wanted.....(Needless to say...mine got colored PINK).
We added a piece of Summer Starfruit Satin Stitched Ribbon across the bottom of our card.
We also added some AWESOME silver gems to the wheels of our moving truck....and they actually took on the look of hub-caps by the time I was done coloring in the tires to my moving truck.
And here is a close-up view of the Chevron embossing folder.  That simple single technique adds so much texture to a card.

Thanks for joining me today....I'll be back tomorrow with another FU card swap...Hope you can make plans to join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
