3-D Tuesday - Gift Box

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This gift box project is SUPER QUICK and SUPER EASY to create and the greatest feature is you can fill it with 4-coordinating A2 cards and have the PERFECT GIFT for that someone special in your life.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.
How's this for a pretty gift box.
I created this gift box with two sheets of Whisper White cardstock and my Scallop Border Edge Punch.
The box was created to hold four A2 notecards and the lid just lifts right off.
For the base of my box I used a 6-3/4" x 8" piece of Whisper White cardstock ....... And I scored all four sides at 1".  To create the four tabs.......I snipped up to the fold line on all four corners and then added Sticky Tape to each of the tabs I created.
For the lid of my box I used a Whisper White cardstock piece that measures 6-3/8"x7-5/8" and scored all four sides at 3/4".  I also created the four tabs exactly the same way I did for the base of my box (above).
I used the Scallop Border Edge Punch on all four sides of my lid to create a pretty border edge.  I also added some SAB Designer Series Paper to the top of my gift box.
I created a pretty topper for my lid......by punching out several layers of cardstock and stacking them all together to create a 'Just Because' piece for my lid.
This gift box is filled with 4-coordinating cards (that I will share later) and is the perfect gift to brighten someone's day.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
