Happy Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
Countdown Till We See The Grandkids - 16 Days!
I would like to start out my blog post today by saying THANK YOU to all my blog followers who have been in contact with me to express how much they enjoy my blog. You seriously can't believe how your messages have touched me and your kind words have inspired me to carry on! You'all are so amazing and so thoughtful to leave me messages and though I can't reply back to some of the messages that are being sent to me.....please know that I read them all and would love to respond back to each of you if I knew how to get in contact with you. THANK YOU a thousand times over for your kind words.
My post today is dedicated to my good friend Kris Holmes. She is taking time out of her busy schedule today to teach the SaddleBrooke Stampers how to do this Triple Time Stamping Technique. Here is a sample of the card that Kris is teaching today........
This technique is SUPER SIMPLE and SUPER QUICK to do. The joy of this technique is that ANY background stamp will work and the best image (I think) is a flower stamp - but as you can see from the card I'm posting today.......You can do this technique with two different sized flower stamps and use no image background stamp and your card will turn out OH SO PRETTY!I honestly think that a piece of ribbon across the bottom portion of this card really "completes" this technique and brings this card together PERFECTLY!
The other great thing about this technique is that it can be used for any occasion and works with any color combination. My favorite is working with white or very vanilla and one colored ink/cardstock. My card today is using Pool Party and Island Indigo - GORGEOUS!
I would like to share a fellow SU Demonstrators blog who has done an AMAZING video on how to do this Triple Time Stamping Technique. Her name is Dawn Olchefske and her blog is DoStampingWithDawn. She posted this Triple Time Stamping video on June 16th. Here is the link to her blog:
TRUST ME........You just have to take a run over to Dawn's blog and check out her "How'd She Do That" video. She is amazing and SO STINKIN TALENTED!
Many thanks for joining me today - I'm off to start my Stamp Camp packets for September - and my hope is to have all the cards designed and ready for cutting by Tuesday morning ....... WISH ME LUCK (please)! Have a fabulous day and Keep Living Your Dream!
I tried this technique, and it works beautifully. So simple but such impact.
