Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
My youngest granddaughter Brooke (Doll Baby) and I took off early yesterday morning to get her an early birthday gift. She wanted a pair of UGG Boots and we were on a mission to grant her that birthday wish. Check out these pictures of our fun day.......
We drove out to the Boot Barn in Black Earth to pick out her UGG Boots. Here she is modeling the black UGGS that she wanted. On the way home .......We stopped at Culver's for some yummy lunch.
And what would a day be without some fun pics of Twoie.
Here he is in the morning having coffee with me......And the other pic is him taking his bath last night.
For my card share today.......I have a fun Mix It UP! Monday card to share with you. This card is an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday. I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional products (found in the 2015 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog) to bring this card up to the next stamping level.
Here's a recap of my Spot Light Sunday card (top) and my Mix-It-UP! Monday version (bottom) of that very same card.
I began with the same Pool Party base card - and added a panel of Very Vanilla to the front of my card.
Instead of punching my Santa out with the circle punch ........ I fussy cut out the Santa and mounted him to the front of my card with some Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped with the same Old Olive ink and 'Cozy Christmas' stamp set.......
But for this version I added some Real Red Pom Pom Trim ...... along with a pretty Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine bow and the center of that bow was filled with a small 'Metal Rimmed Pearl'.
And one additional item I added was some 'Very Vanilla 1-1/4" Stripes Satin Ribbon to the back of my stamped sentiment panel.
I think this card is simply ADORABLE and I just couldn't be any happier with the way it turned out.
Thanks for joining me today! I'll be back tomorrow to share with you a 3-D Tuesday project ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share. Keep Living Your Dream!
