Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is 'CASE IT TUESDAY'.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project that I found on the internet ....... And I created a CASE of that project to share with you today.  This project was SUPER FUN to create and want to jump right in and share that project with you now.

How FUN is this tall box that was a CASE'd from Amanda Charlesworth at Scrimping Mommy.  She posted this project on August 9th.......(https://scrimpingmommy1.blogspot.com/2019/08/bird-ballad-easy-tall-gift-box.html) and I knew from the minute I started watching her video.....I would be making one of these for Halloween.

 

 I created my Tall Box with the 'Monster Bash Designer Series Paper'.

 

 And used the 'Spooktacular Bash' set to stamp out my cute Dracula.

 

I hadn't used the 'Decorative Ribbon Border Punch' in FOREVER......So I pulled it out and decorated the top and bottom edges of my box.  (Doesn't that Pumpkin Pie edging just scream HALLOWEEN!!!)

 

The best part of this box is that the box itself is TALL .......... and the small lid just pops right off ......  Giving this box a very lean look.

 

I decorated the very top of my box with some new 'Black 3/8" Scalloped Edge Ribbon' and tied it up into a pretty knot in the middle.

 

 Just a DARLING little project.

Spooky Madam Upgrade

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional products found in the 2019 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog to bring this card up to the next stamping level.

 

 Here is my Spot Light Sunday card from yesterday on the LEFT......

And my Mix-It-UP! Monday upgraded card for today on the RIGHT.....

 

My first upgrade for this card was changing my base card from Whisper White to Basic Black.

 

I created two 1" stripes to cross over the front of my card......

 

And stamped my sentiment from the 'Spooktacular Bash' set onto one of those stripes.  I used VersaMark and 'Silver Embossing Powder' to get that sentiment stamped.

 

I used the same 'Monster Bash Designer Series Paper' to capture my Spooky Madam image.  But for this upgraded version.....I used the 'Ornate Frames' to really create some fun layers for that image.

Spooky Madam

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends

Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a card I created using product from the 2019 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog.  This card uses several products from that new catalog ........ And I'm thrilled with the way it turned out.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today..........

 

I LOVE IT when the Stampin' UP! Designer Series Paper takes on all the work for me.  That is exactly what happened with this card.

 

I started out with a panel of the 'Monster Bash Designer Series Paper' on the front of my Whisper White base card.

 

Next, I stamped my sentiment from the 'Spooktacular Bash' set onto a small Whisper White panel.

 

And to finish this card off......I used one of the images from the 'Monster Bash Designer Series Paper' and created this Spooky Madam circled image.

 

And there you have it friends.......

A quick and easy card done in a FLASH!!!

3-Skelton Tag Card

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Paper Pumpkin Saturday ........... And I would like to share with you the alternate project I created using the September Bone Appetit Paper Pumpkin kit.   Here's that project.......

 

I had so much fun creating this card.

 

I started out with a Gorgeous Grape base card.  Next.....I added a panel of 'Mercury Glass Designer Series Paper' to the top of my card.

 

I stamped my sentiment onto one of the 'Ornate Frames'.  I used 'White Embossing Powder' to really help that sentiment stand out.

 

The finishing touch on my sentiment piece was adding two 'Glitter Enamel Dots' to both ends of that frame.

 

I positioned three of the dancing skeleton die-cut pieces on three different tags (that were included in the kit)....... And after adhering those tags down ...... I ran some 'Purple 3/8" Tricolor Ribbon' through each of the holes at the top.

 

Just crazy about the way this card turned out.

Friends Friday Pics

Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Friends Friday.  On Friday's, I have the honor of spot-lighting some of the fabulous cards and projects that I received from Friends ....... Fellow Demonstrators ........ and Family.  Each of these creations are works of art........and it is with great pleasure that I share with you today some AMAZING projects that three very special Scissors friends made for me.

Ghosts LOVE Chocolate TOO

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER PRETTY TAG.  Now that you have the details for my Tag Thursday creation for this week ........ Let's jump right in with my tag share for today........

 

This tag was inspired from a card I saw on Pinterest.......

And I just had to make a fun tag out of it.

 

I used the #Elfie set to stamp my sentiment into the lower right hand corner of my Whisper White tag.

 

Next......I created two arms for my ghost tag......And positioned them on my tag so they were hugging the candy bar.

 

The arms were secured to the back of my tag......And that was enough to keep them in place.

 

 I created two eyes with a circle punch......

 

And topped my tag off with some 'Black 3/8" glittered Organdy Ribbon'.

Goggly Eyes

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........

 

Talk about OVER THE MOON HAPPY with the way this card turned out.

 

I punched out a 2-1/4" circle and used the negative space to mask off the front of my Whisper White note card.  I used my Sponge Dauber and some Daffodil Delight ink and created a spooky moon image on the front of my card.

 

Next......I stamped the Frankie Monster image on the front of my card......and added two of the purple 'Googly Eyes' to my little Monster.

 

I wrapped some 'Black 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon' around the fold of my card.....

    

And added three pairs of the 'Googly Eyes' around the front of my card.

 

 And that's all it took to create this sweet card.
