Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........

My card today is a fun fold type of card......

This card is a 'Bridge Fold' card.......And it fits into a standard A2 envelope.  The DSP panels measure (Qty 2) 1" x 4" and those two panels are adhered to the left and right side scored panels.

Here is a close-up of how you position your adhesive on the backside of the bridge fold piece.

I used the 'Best Bird' stamp set and 'Birds & Blooms Thinlits' to create the bridge fold for my card.  That Watermelon Wonder cardstock piece measures 1"x 5-1/2" and the stamped sentiment goes onto a  3/4" x 5-1/2" piece of Blushing Bride.

The base card is a Watermelon Wonder piece of cardstock that measures 4-14" x 8".  The scoring for this piece is done at 1-1/4", 2-1/2", 5-1/2" and 6-3/4".

And to provide some additional writing space........Another Blushing Bride panel is added to the backside of this card.

Simply the perfect Anniversary card......but also makes a darling Birthday card and add balloons instead of bird.  Honestly.....the sky is the limit with this card.

Box of Note Cards

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project is SUPER FUN to create and the product is featured in the 2017-2018 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.......

I don't know anyone who wouldn't LOVE to receive this precious box of notecards from me.

This box of notecards makes the perfect Birthday, Housewarming or Just Because gift to give to someone special.

The box is designed so the top can be lifted off and the five notecards inside can pop right out.

I used the new 2017-2019 In Color collection to create these cards.

I used both the 'Colorful Seasons' Stamp set and the 'Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies' to create each of these cards.

Each card featured one of the new 2017-2019 In-Colors for the cardstock and ink........

And each card spot-lighted the SUPER FUN Adirondack Chair die that is featured in the 'Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies'.

The box holds 5-Vanilla Note cards and envelopes.

The box base measures 6" x 10-1/2".  On the short side, I scored at 1" and 5" and I cut at 6".....

And on the long side, I scored at 4-3/4' and 5-3/4" and cut at 10-1/2"

For the lid I started with a 2-1/2" x 10-5/8" piece of Tranquil Tide cardstock ...... And on the long side I scored at 3/8", 4-7/16", 5-1/2" an 9-9/16" and cut at 10-5/8".  On the short side I scored at 1-1/16"

I added some (now retired) Flirty Flamingo ribbon and dangled some Gold Sequin Trim from the pretty bow I created.

You Make Me Smile Upgrade

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional products (found in the 2017 -2018 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog) to bring this card up to the next stamping level.

Here is yesterday's Spot Light Sunday card on the LEFT.....

And today's Mix-It-UP! Monday card on the RIGHT......

For today's Mix-It-UP! Monday card ........ It's all about the packaging on how I planned to give this card out.

My plan was to use one of the new 'Striped Treat Bags' for the packaging of my card ........ But my Stampin' UP! order had not arrived.  So I grabbed one of the now retired Glassine Bags and began creating with that.  The medallion I created for my bag turned out SUPER AWESOME!

I started out by using one of the 'Delicate White Doilies' for the base of my medallion ......... and then added several layers from the 'Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies'.  Some (now retired) Dapper Denim Ribbon and Gold Sequin Trim just put my medallion over the top.

I used the same 'Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper' for the bottom portion of my card......

And to the top off my Berry Burst and Tranquil Tide cardstock panel I added some 1/8" Gold Ribbon.  My final step to upgrading this cardstock panel was to add one of the new Gold Mini Tassels and tied it up into a pretty bow.

I also wanted to upgraded my sentiment ........ So I grabbed my VersaMark and Gold Embossing Powder and created a BRIGHT & SHINY sentiment for this card.

So there you have it friends.........

You Make Me Smile

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a card I created using product from the 2017-2018 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog.  This card uses several new products from that catalog ....... So let me jump right in with my card share for today.........

This quick & easy card comes together with the help of the new 'Eastern Beauty' stamp set and coordinating Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper. 

The sentiment from this set just POPS off the page with the help of the new Berry Burst In-Color ink.

The bottom portion of this card, I added a panel of 'Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper......

And topped it off with a layer of Berry Burst and Tranquil Tide cardstock.  The final touch for my card was adding one of the new 2017-2018 In Color Bitty Bows (in Berry Burst) to the top of my cardstock panel.

A FANTASTIC card and is the perfect way to let someone know just how SPECIAL they are to you!

May Pumpkin Kit

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Paper Pumpkin Saturday ........... And do I have three SERIOUSLY FUN CARD to share with you!  These cards were all created from the May Paper Pumpkin kit and I have to say that I am just thrilled with the way they turned out.  Let me share those cards with you now........

First up is this GORGEOUS and OH SO VERY HAPPY flower card.

This card not only has the perfect amount of gold and texture ......... But also has an interesting shape for the card base.

Next up is this SUPER YUMMY donut card.

I think this card is the perfect amount of WHIMSY and FUN all wrapped up into one sweet little card.

And my last card from this kit is the Sprinkled with Love card.

How over the top did Stampin' UP! take this delightful card!

Home With You Tag

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!

My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create a SUPER PRETTY GIFT TAG.  Now that you have the details for this weeks Tag Thursday ....... Let's jump right in with my tag share for today.......

I created this tag to give to a dear friend the next time I travel to her place and spend some time with her.

To begin this tag, I stamped some Sahara Sand ground at the bottom of my tag using the 'Sheltering Tree' set to create the ground.

Next, I stamped my sentiment from the 'At Home With You' set with Early Espresso ink.   I positioned my sentiment at the top left hand side of my tag.

My bucket and pumpkins were stamped with the same 'At Home With You' set ....... and I quickly washed in the color for the bucket, pumpkins and daisies using Tip Top Taupe, Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry Stampin' Write Markers.

To finish off my tag, I added some 5/8" Burlap Ribbon and tied it up with a pretty Linen Thread bow.

Think this tag will look FABULOUS attached to YUMMY bottle of wine for my dear sweet friend and I to enjoy together.
