Spot Light Sunday Sweet Reindeer

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Today is our annual Gingerbread House decorating party at the White House.  My youngest daughter is hosting the event in Oregon, Wisconsin this year ......... and it will be a HOUSEFUL of CRAZY to say the least.  We have been doing this event with the grandkids for the last 16 years ...... And it is a TOTAL BLAST from start to finish.  I'm hoping to share some pics with you tomorrow of all the fun we will be having with this event.

Here's some pictures of all the fun we had yesterday.....
We started out the day by going and watching Twoie at his swim lessons.  I have to say ...... This little guy was made to be IN THE WATER!!!!!
Hailey and Brooke watched from the side-lines......
Madelyn, Hailey, Brooke and I did some shopping out at the UW Name of the Game shop.
And here's my two favorite "Michael's" enjoying the UW vs. Minnesota Football Game at Camp Randall ........ and the traditional and EXTRA SPECIAL end of the 3rd quarter "Jump Around" time.

Now for today..........I have a Spotlight Sunday card to share with you.  I created this card using several new products from the new 2016-2017 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog ....... And I'm just crazy for the way this card turned out.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today.........
How FUN is this darling reindeer card.
I stamped the reindeer from the 'Cookie Cutter Christmas' set onto a Crumb Cake circle ..... And then added a Real Red scallop circle behind it.
A simple Whisper White and Early Espresso panel across the bottom added some balance to my card ....... And all that was left to do was add some Real Red Baker's Twine around that panel and tie it up into a pretty bow.
So there you have it friends ........ A quick and easy holiday card that is perfect just the way it is ....... Or come back tomorrow when I share an upgraded version of this very same card with you.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll share that upgraded version of this card with you tomorrow ........ So I'm hoping that you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Paper Pumpkin Saturday - Box

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
I made it to Wisconsin on Thanksgiving evening.......And I've been TOTALLY enjoying my time with my kids.  Check out some of the fun I've been having.
Here's my sweet sweet Steven as he's teaching me how to play Uno.
Hailey and I did some Black Friday shopping.....
I gave Hailey her adorable Santa earrings and she LOVED them.  "Thanks Dawn!
Check out what Twoie made at school on Wednesday.........
And speaking of Twoie.....He LOVES his cousin Jared.

Now......Moving on to today's  blog post ....... It's Paper Pumpkin Saturday.   And do I have one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE projects I made with the May Paper Pumpkin kit.  This project was inspired by a lattice box that my good friend Lynn in Michigan shared with me ......... And now I'm sharing it here with you.  Let me jump right in with my share for today.
How FABULOUS is this little Lattice Box!
It was created using one of the card fronts from this May Paper Pumpkin kit.
I simply cut down the front of one of the cards that were included in this kit ....... And did some scoring on that panel.  All that was left to do to create the box was add two side panels and the box came to life.
I think it's all about the details ...... and the little 'Petite Petal Flowers' just totally make this box complete.
Here's what the back of the box looks like.  You can see that I threaded some Flirty Flamingo Ruched Ribbon through the lattice openings and then tied it off into a pretty bow in the front.
And the inside of the box holds four darling little 3x3 notecards and coordinating envelopes.
These cards came together in a snap with the help of the 'Botanical Builder Framelits'.
Each card was stamped with a simple sentiment and then all the edges were inked and attached to the front of my little 3x3 card.
A simply darling project ........ and it made the perfect little gift for a dear sweet friend.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a fun Spot Light Sunday card creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Tag Thursday Merry Tag

HAPPY TURKEY DAY My Blogger Friends!
Well my friends ...... I was running around like a crazy chicken yesterday ..... But I was able to get it all done ....... And Jack got me to the airport bright and early this morning.  I'm hoping that the weather holds out and I don't have too many delays between Tucson, Atlanta and Madison, Wisconsin today.

For my blog post today ........ I have a fun Tag Thursday creation to share with you.  It uses minimal supplies and creates a SUPER FESTIVE GIFT TAG that is PERFECT for the holiday's.  Now that you have the details for this weeks Tag Thursday ....... Let's jump right in with my tag share for today.
This punch art Reindeer tag is OH SO ADORABLE!!!!!!
I made it with the 'Layering Oval Framelits' along with the 'Tree Builder' punch.
I did use the sentiment from the 'Hang Your Stocking' set........and I off-set that sentiment so it was hanging off the side of my tag.
To top my tag off ..... I used some of the 'Kraft Rope Trim' and separated the fibers to give it a FUN and PLAYFUL look.
And one other thing I did to this tag was grab my 'Softly Falling' embossing folder and created some embossed snow flakes to my Whisper White panel.
So there you have it friends ........ Without a doubt ...... These two tags are two of my favorite holiday tags I've created this season.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share some Friends Friday creations with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Wine Down Wednesday - Grateful Card

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
I'm at a FULL RUN TODAY ....... As I prepare to leave tomorrow morning to fly back to Madison, Wisconsin to spend Thanksgiving with my kids.  I'll be staying over about 2-weeks to catch up with family and friends ........ And my calendar is BOOKED SOLID for those two weeks.  OH WHAT FUN!!!!!

For my blog post today ....... I have a special Wine-Down Wednesday creation to share with you.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........
I started this card off by using my score tool and going around the outer edges of my Whisper White panel and I created a double embossed edge around this panel.
Here's a closer look at how that embossing turned out.
I stamped my "grateful" sentiment onto a 'Lots of Labels' Framelits piece.....And then framed it out with an Always Artichoke circle.
My tree was stamped with the 'Totally Trees' set .......
And then I added a piece of Delightful Dijon Mini Striped Ribbon across the bottom of my Whisper White panel.......
And added one of the 'Mini Pinecones' embellishments to the center of that ribbon.
I'm just crazy for the way this card turned out ....... And realize I have PLENTY TO BE GRATEFUL FOR IN MY LIFE.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you a fun Tag Thursday creation ....... Hope you can make plans to stop back and  join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

3D Tuesday 3-Little Boxes

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project is SUPER FUN to create and the greatest feature is you don't need any special tools to create it.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.
This trio of boxes was created with the new 'Clear Tiny Treat Boxes'.
I used the 'Presents and Pinecones' Designer Series Paper to line each of the boxes.
All I needed to do was cut five 2"x2" squares of Designer Series Paper and line all four sides of each box and also the bottom panel.
I wrapped some 5/8" Burlap Ribbon around each of the boxes.......And then topped two boxes off with Emerald Envy Ruched Ribbon and one with some Real Red Stitched Satin Ribbon.
Here's a close-up of the pretty Ribbon Belly Band I created.
I added some Hershey Nuggets to the inside of each box......
And to keep it festive ...... I wrapped each nugget with either Real Red or Mint Macaron cardstock.
These make the perfect little treat to give to that someone special for the upcoming holiday season.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card creation with you ....... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
