Christmas Mailbox Gift

Merry Christmas My Blogger Friends!
Several years ago......Jack and I made a voice-over version of the "Night Before Christmas" book for our grandkids.  Here's a picture of my three Wisconsin grandkids on Christmas Eve night listening to that very famous book.  It's now TRADITION.....that they listen to it on Christmas Eve Night and my daughter makes sure she forwards me a picture of them.  THANKS Cheryl for remembering me on Christmas Eve night.
Today I want to share with you the ADORABLE mailbox gift I delivered to my SaddleBrooke friends on Monday morning.  Check this little cutie out......
I made him with SU punches!
I created a box that held the candy cane treat......
And then adhered two extra large scallop circles to the front and back of the box.
Here's the treat that was tucked inside.....
Here's a close-up look at what the top portion of the box looked like.
I ran the bottom portion of the front Whisper White scallop through my Lots of Dots embossing folder......
And added several different sized circles for his Eyes.....Nose....and Beard.
Here's what these little cuties looked like all packaged up and ready to be hung on my friends mailboxes.
And a close-up of the tag I made for each Santa bag.

So there you have it friends.......My December Mailbox treat for my special SaddleBrooke friends.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you the gift I received from my friend Marge.......Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Opal's Notebook

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have a special little gift to share with you that my good friend Opal made for me.  Check out this LOVELY notebook that Opal made...........

To create this.....Opal used one of our clear stamp cases and covered it with the Epic Day DSP.
She printed out my name on the computer and then used the Hexagon punch to punch out my name. She then used a couple layers of scallop circle punches to add a pretty embellishment piece for the top of my notebook.
Opal must know me VERY WELL......As I ALWAYS have plenty that I need to get done and often times can't find a place to write it down.
Here's a close-up of the opening of my notebook.....
And when I open up my notebook......Opal has a junior legal pad and a pen waiting for me on the inside!
Opal even used one of the RSVP pens and added a piece of the Epic Day DSP to the inside barrel of my pen.
Here's a close-up of the junior legal pad that was tucked inside the case.
Just LOVE LOVE LOVE this darling gift that Opal made for me.......And now I can start the New Year out right with a nice neat place to jot down all the things I need to get done.  THANK-YOU Opal for thinking of me.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share more gifts that my friends have been making for me.......Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Christmas Keepsake Album

Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have a fun little Christmas Keepsake Album that I made.  Let's jump right in with that share......
This keepsake album was yet another kit that I purchased last year and never got around to completing. (IMAGE THAT!)
It was a kit that I purchased from Andrea Walford at Sunny Stamping Studio!
It is designed using a manila file folder.
It's kept closed with a simple red ribbon.
I used a die-cut for the front of my album.....and plan to add some "2013" black stickers to the top of this die-cut.
The tree's on the front of my album are die-cuts too.  They were made pretty by adding the bling rhinestones that Andrea included in the kit.
Andrea provided lots of die-cut stickers and bling to decorate each of the pockets on the inside of the album.
This die-cut sticker is one of my favorite!
And there was plenty of bling to be added to the inside of each pocket.
OH SO PRETTY!
Each pocket holds a colored frame that I can add a photo and the sticker across the bottom portion of the frame is where I can add my journaling.
Here's what the photo frame looks like......

And a close-up of the fun little piece of ribbon that was added to the top of each photo frame.
So there you have it friends.......A GREAT Christmas Keepsake Album that I will be using for my Wisconsin Grandkids opening their presents on Christmas morning.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share some Christmas Gifts my friends have been making for me this holiday season.  Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
