Witches Shoe Card

Happy Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!  I'm hoping that you'all have some Wickedly Wild Plans for the upcoming weekend........I plan to do a Fun Shop on Saturday and some SERIOUS PLAYING in my Studio on Sunday!  Let's get started with my fun share for today.......

Here's the card I created by using the "Holiday Stocking Die" (page 24-Mini Catalog) and the 1-3/4" Circle punch (which forms the toe-tip of my shoe).  This card is ALL OVER the internet and MANY Stampin' UP! demonstrators have been posting it on Stampin Connection and also on their Blogs - today is my turn to share it.

I turned my Witches Shoe into a giftcard holder by using Dimensionals to connect the sides of my boot and leaving the top portion of my boot open.

 By leaving the top portion of my boot open - It allows me to slide my giftcard in and out of my card and I can even write a special Halloween message on the back of my giftcard.

The total WOW of my card comes from the fiber topper I created to the pull tab of my giftcard holder.

And I punched out three Word Window Punches from the Silver Glimmer Paper and added a black brad to create the "lace-up" section for my witches shoe.

I just LOVE how this Halloween Card turned out - OH SO CUTE and just know my grandson is going to LOVE this card.

Surprise From Debbie

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends and Thanks for joining me today.  Today, I have a fun little treat holder that my friend Debbie made for me......And ...... It is OH SO CUTE!

When Debbie handed me this little package I must have SQUEALED because I immediately covered my mouth because of the noise that had come out of it.........

 As you can see - Debbie wrapped 8-Hershey Nuggets with some amazing labels she decorated and then stacked them up in a clear window sheet that was formed into a long tappered box.

 Here's a view of the backside of this holder........

And I just LOVE the fibers that Debbie used to wrap around her packaging.....

I have already picked an extra special place in my studio to display this ADORABLE TREASURE and will allow me to look at it often and think of my very special friend Debbie.

Faith in Nature

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends and THANKS for joining me.  Today is Stamp Camp and is the first month that I had to open a second Camp in the evening because I had soooo many ladies wanting to attend Camp.  I will begin offering one Stamp Camp from 1-3pm and then a 6-8pm session on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.  It will turn out to be a SUPER BUSY day for me - but I figure I can reset tomorrow.....So all is GOOD!         

Today I will be sharing a card that my sweet friend Kris made for me.  This was a Thank You card that she made for me (so I won't be showing you the inside of the card) for a little stamp gift that I gave to Kris a week (or so) ago.  Check out the lovely creation that Kris made with the "Faith in Nature" (pg 13)Hostess set from Stampin' UP!

I was able to purchase this set and give it to Kris for all the work she put into receiving and distributing my Stamp Club order for August when I was back in Wisconsin on vacation.  My Stamp Club order arrived while I was gone and Kris verified the order and packaged (and deliveried) all the orders to my 6-Club gals.  I knew that Kris LOVED LOVED LOVED this set - and I wanted to surprise her with this set as a way of thanking her for all the extra care she put into my order. (THANK YOU one more time Kris!)
I have to say that when Kris handed me this card I was BLOWN AWAY with how BEAUTIFUL her card turned out - but how special I was to have received the first card Kris made with her new stamp set..........

I love how she colored in the pear image......but equally....I love her seam binding bow and safety pin trinket she added to the center of the bow.  And I love how Kris used her new "Jewelry Tag" (pg 210) punch and "Tiny Tags" (pg 136) stamp set to create a beautiful "thanks so much" message to her bow. HOW LOVELY!

I just love how this card turned out - and might have to rethink if I want this set or not.  THANK YOU Kris for creating me such a beautiful card - and without a doubt.....It's found a new home nested front and center on my upper cabinet in my studio.

Halloween Treat #7

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends and SO GLAD that you could join me for the last Halloween project that I made for my grandkids to pass out to their classmates on Halloween Day.  Today I am going to share the treat holder that I made for my oldest grandson Jared........Check this out......

If this project looks familar.....well...It is one that I TOTALLY CASE'd from my friend Kris!  She made me an adorable Dracula that had a YUMMY chocolate bar wrapped up inside him.....SO...I made this project for my grandson.

I used a paper stack that I picked up at Michael's and each of the 8-Dracula's were dressed up in a different cape. 

 You open up Dracula's wings to expose a full sized chocolate bar!

And who doesn't LOVE LOVE LOVE Hershey Chocolate Bars?

 I'm sure that my oldest grandson will be a BIG HIT this Halloween!

Halloween Treat #6

Happy Happy Monday My Blogger Friends......YAHOO.....It's the start of another FUN PACKED week.  I'm so ready to kick it off with my 6th Halloween Treat Holder for my granddaughter back in Wiscosnin.  Let's GO!

 I started out with the new "Cellophane Bags" (page 11-Mini Catalog) and filled one with Candy Corn and one with Skittles........

I grabbed my "Batty for You" (page 26) stamp set and my Scallop Circle Punch to decorate the top of each of my bags. 

I just love how these narrow cellophone bags filled up perfectly with some yummy Halloween candy.

And I was even able to stack 8-candy corns into these cellophane bags and each candy corn stacked perfectly on top of each other to create an amazing looking treat holder.

Just know that my granddaughter is going to really have fun passing these out to her classmates back in Wisconsin.

Halloween Treat #5

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends and today I'm heading up to Mesa to attend a class that Di Gibbs is puting on today - Can't wait!  But for today - I'm going to share the 4th treat I've made for my grandson in California for him to pass out on Halloween to his fellow classmates.  Let's get sharing...

 I made these cute little sour cream container holders that actually hold a little Hershey Nugget inside.

I totally forgot to take a picture of the nugget all wrapped up - Seriously CUTE and Seriously SNUG inside this cutie little sour cream holder......

I used the "Batty for You" (page 26) stamp set and framed the little spider on a pumpkin pie scallop circle punch.  The entire piece was popped up using Stampin Dimensionals and a tiny little piece of ribbon just added that finishing touch to this cutie project.

And here is the backside of this treat holder - It honestly is going to be one of those treats that the kids are going to have to tear apart to get to their yummy treat.

I'm very happy with the way these treat holders turned out.  Would love to be there to see the look on the kids faces when they find the chocolate surprise tucked inside their Halloween Treat Holder.

Halloween Treat #4

Happy Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!  I have Stamp Club today and this afternoon my six Stamp Club ladies will be joining me for an extra special Halloween Stamp Club - and I'm hoping to share those projects with you early next week.  BUT....for today....It's Halloween Treat #4 that I'm prepared to share with you.  Let's Jump Right In.......

 I grabbed  up some DSP I found at Michael's and my new "Warmest of Wishes" (page 5-Mini Catalog) Stamp Set and made these fast little treat holders for my Granddaughter in California to hand out on Halloween to her classmates.

 I used the "Top Note" (page 222) BigZ Die to create my treat holder and tied the Top Note die together with some Michael's Grossgrain ribbon.

 I stamped the owl out in black StatzOn ink and then punched the image out using the "Owl Builder" (page 213) punch and popped him up on the "1-3/4 inch Scallop Circle" (page 210) punch.  Stampin' UP! has coordinated this stamp set and punch to work perfectly together.  It serioulsy makes my job of creating these little cutie treats SO MUCH EASIER (and FASTER)!

 I grabbed a bag of individually wrapped Twizzlers and popped one of the fold of the Top Note Die and closed these up with several different types of ribbon.

 Just love how cute these came together - and seriously the hardest part of this entire project was threading the ribbon through the hole I punched out at the top of the Top Note die.

 The DSP pack was a Recollections Pack from Michael's and I was able to use some coordinating ribbon from the Dollar Spot at Michael's to match each of the papers within this DSP pack.

I had a ball making these treats for my Granddaughter and know that she will be one proud little lady when she passes these out to her fellow classmates on Halloween Day.
