What's Pink and Purple and Ribbon all over?

Anyone want to guess what's Pink and Purple and Ribbon all over? Here's a hint......It has to do with a Kard created by Kadie....... Here's the "Ribbon all over" part..........
Okay....I won't tease any more...... It's a Tickled Pink and Happy to You card.
This is the Tickled Pink card. I used the same layout for both cards - I just changed the stamped image for each of them.
Heading off to the airport to pick-up Michael.....who will be staying with us until Saturday. Hope your having a great Tuesday and you can stop back tomorrow. Until Wednesday, Keep Living Your Dream!

For You Card

Happy Monday to you! We are back in SaddleBrooke and I totally forgot to report in on how Bodie's soceer game went......WELL......Let me tell you......Our grandson is a BORN Soceer STAR! He scored 4 points in his game on Saturday and was totally the kids to beat on the field. He totally plays his position (for 5 years old) and keeps his eye on his team mates and does just toe jam the ball when he get it. He totally made us proud......and think soceer is HIS GAME! So....today it's time to Spring things up a little.........Check out this adorable little flower with some bright 1/2" Striped Grossgrain Ribbon. This card was created to be one of those cards I send out to a friend Just Because. No event - No Birthday - No reason....Just Because. Love sending out cards to family and friends just because and this will be one of those cards that was intended to make someone SMILE. Hope your week is starting out with LOTS of SUN and SMILES. We are off to the airport first thing tomorrow morning to pick up my son and his girlfriend - who will be here for a week. Hope you can stop back tomorrow and I'll share another card creation with you. Keep Living Your Dream!

Dress Card

Made these fun dress cards today, using my SU BigZ Scallop Die. By cutting out a portion of each of the scallops, I was able to create a flaired dress. I added some ribbon and a SU slider clip to make a belt.
Here's a Pretty in Pink version.
And one using the Real Red DSP and Cardstock.
Here's a close-up shot of the belt. Was surprised at how "real" the belt turned out. These cards are designed to fit into a size 10 business envelope. Will be sending some of these out to my girlfriends later this week.
Thanks for stopping by and stop back tomorrow - I'll have another card creation to share with you. Keep Living Your Dream!

Butterfly Thank You

Heading out to our Grandson's soceer game - so have a quick post for you. Made this simple but elegant Thank You cards from a retired SU set.
I stamped them in all different colors and added matching ribbon to dress them up just a bit.
Here's a Tempting Turquoise one - love how sweet these turned out.
A close-up of the ribbon and Thanks frame.
I'm off to Cheer Bodie and his entire soceer team on to VICTORY. Hope you can stop back tomorrow. Keep Living Your Dream!

Pick A Petal Stamp Set

Here's another creation using my SU Pick A Petal Stamp Set. These are three samples that I made using the SU Pick A Petal set and stamping out 6-petals and then arranging them around a large brad. I added a small piece of ribbon to the center of the brad - and I created an instant flower.
Here's a rose red design and some retired SU DSP.
A Tempting Turquoise flower along with some retired SU DSP.
And finally, a close-up of the center brad. Cute or What?
Still over in San Diego - and having so much FUN. Our grandson Bodie has a soceer game tomorrow and we will have front row center for that game. Hope he doesn't knock out another tooth (like he did at his last game)......Oh the joys of having a grandson that is the clone of his father Gabe.
Until tomorrow......Keep Living Your Dream!

Still Smelling the COFFEE

Made it over to San Diego and guess what I'm going to be drinking LOTS of over the next couple of days......here's a clue.......Will help me keep up with the Grandkids! The Greatest Gift in Life is GRANDKIDS....and espeically when they haven't seen you for several months. They greet you with such JOY!
Thought I would post yet another coffee card today - as I think being with these kids - I'm going to be packing LOTS of espresso......They have a button that when flipped - is set to GO!
Here's a close-up of the button I created for my card. I used a circle punch - some ink and a ribbon.......This helps to create an instant button!
The only thing I changed on these two cards is the layout design. I've also made this card layout for babies and get well. Simple and quick card to creat ahead of time and leave the frame empty for whatever your needs are at that time.
Hope your having a GREAT WEEK. Spending a couple more days here in San Diego - have to say - I'm Living My Dream! See you tomorrow.

Smell The Coffee

Today we are leaving to head over to San Diego to visit Jack's youngest son Gabe and his family - but wanted to get a quick post off to spot-light my favorite beverage in the ENTIRE WORLD.....espresso coffee......YUM! I made this FUN coffee shaker card last month and plan to send it to my BFF in Wisconsin - she too LOVES ESPRESSO.
Here is a view of the front of the tag I created for my card.....Don't you just LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell of fresh coffee beans?
Here's a close-up of the shaker portion of this card....and YES....that is actual espresso beans in the shaker compartment of the card. I made a couple of this card - and only because I knew that I would have to keep one for myself........(UHHHHMMMMM.....Is admitting you have a problem the first step?)
Thanks for stopping by today - and I will post tomorrow from San Diego. Keep Living Your Dream! (I am)
