To create the curved edges on my balloons al I did was grab my White Gel Pen and a foam pad. I used the backside of my Designer Series Paper (DSP) and rubbed my White Gel Pen (with the cap on) around the outer edges of the DSP. This created an indent on the wrong side of the DSP and when I turned the DSP over, the right side of the DSP had an indented edge. All that is left to do is add Stampin' Dimensional Adhesive (pop-dots) to the backside so the balloon edges stay raised up.

Hope this helps. Yell back if you need clarification. It's a fun technique that is starting to pop up all over the internet.

Many thanks for visiting my blog and leaving me a comment.
