Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday. I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but I added a couple additional products (found in the 2017-2018 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog) to bring this card up to the next stamping level.
Here is my Spot Light Sunday card from yesterday on the LEFT....
And my Mix-It-UP! Monday card for today on the RIGHT....
Today's card got a BIG TIME upgrade done to it......
I started out by creating two matted panels to the front of my Whisper White base card. I used Bermuda Bay and Soft Sky for those two panels. To the Soft Sky panel ....... I used the 'Hexagons Embossing Folder' and gave that panel a real upgrade.
Next I stamped my sentiment from the 'Beautiful Peacock' Sale-a-Bration set onto a panel of Bermuda Bay. I used VersaMark ink and 'White Embossing Powder' to add a pretty look to that sentiment panel.
My peacock was stamped the same as yesterday.......but I framed out my Whisper White stamped image with a Lemon Lime Twist circle.
Here you can see the framed layer I created with both my 'Layering Circles Framelits' and my 'Stitched Shapes Framelits'. Those two layers gave my peacock a real fun and trendy look.
And my upgraded card used two Berry Burst and one Lemon Lime Twist 'Tutti-frutti Adhesive-Backed Sequins'.
Two great looking cards......
