Wine Down Wednesday

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........
This pretty holiday card is not only QUICK AND EASY to make.......But it also packs a real WOW FACTOR with all the pretty elements that go into creating it.
I started out by die-cutting the floral design from the 'Flourish Thinlits'.
I only used one die-cut piece for my card.  The largest portion of the die-cut was added to the bottom right hand corner of my card and then I snipped off a small portion to decorate the top left corner of my card.
My sentiment was stamped with the new 'Peace This Christmas' set and I used Gold Embossing Powder to add some real shine to my card.
My berries were added to portions of the Flourish Thinlit branches.  And a final touch was adding Crystal Effects to each of the berries for some added shine.
Just a BEAUTIFUL Holiday card that is as much fun to create as it is to receive.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Tag Thursday creation with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop by and let me share that project with you.  Keep Living Your Dream!

3-D Tuesday-Chocolate Clutch Purse

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project is a CASE from the very talented Linda Parker at Paper Craft With Crafty.  She created a step-by-step YouTube Video on how to make this little clutch purse and from the minute I saw how she made it ......... I knew I would be making one of these for myself.  Let me share that fun creation with you now......
This fun little clutch uses a 12"x10-1/12" piece of Chocolate Chip cardstock.  To add a fun texture to my purse I stamped and embossed the swirls from the 'Swirly Bird' set.
Here's a close-up look at those embossed swirls.
The closure for my purse was just a simple layering of circles along with a small set of magnetics.  This closure allows my purse to easily open and close.
I was able to tuck a cello bag filled with caramels and still have some wiggle room to add a pretty gift tag inside my purse.

To make one of these pretty Clutch Purses.......you can go to Linda's YouTube channel and watch her 11/7/2015 video:

Mix-It-UP! Monday Upgrade

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional products (found in the 2016-2017 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog) to bring this card up to the next stamping level.
Here is my Spot-Light Sunday card on the LEFT........
And my Mix-It-UP! Monday card on the RIGHT.......
I kept the orientation for this card the same......but changed the floral panel to a tag and dressed that tag up with an arrangement of stamped and punched flowers.
I also used the new 'Petal Burst' embossing folder to create a pretty texture onto my Wisteria Wonder base panel.
My sentiment was stamped the same as my Spot-Light Sunday card......but for today's card I matted that sentiment with a layer of Wisteria Wonder to create an additional banner layer.
My large flowers were stamped with the 'Blooms and Wishes' set and then I grabbed my Paper Snips and fussy cut out the two large flowers.  The Petite Petals Punch was used to punch out three coordinating little flowers.
I then arranged my five flowers onto a Whisper White tag and then popped that onto my card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
My final step to upgrade this card was using some new Elegant Eggplant 'Solid Baker's Twine' at the top of my tag.
I like both of these cards........
And wonder.....DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE?

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a 3-D Tuesday project with you ..... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Spot Light Sunday - Best Wishes

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a card I created using product from the new 2016-2017 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog.  This card uses several new products from that catalog ...... So let me jump right in with my card share for today.........
This card was created for a very special friend of mine back in Wisconsin.....
I used the 'Blooms and Wishes' set to create a pretty floral panel for the front of my card.  And to make it really pop off the card I matted it with some Elegant Eggplant cardstock........And popped it onto my card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
My sentiment was stamped from the same stamp set and I created a fun little fish-tail flag on one end of my sentiment banner.
All that was left to do was add a panel of Elegant Eggplant from the 'Regal Designer Series Paper Stack' across the center of my card and this card was done in no time flat!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share an upgraded version of this very card with you ...... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Who wouldn't LOVE receiving this card in the mail on their birthday!
I used the black tag that was include in my April kit and embossed it with some Whisper White embossing powder.  LOVE how the white embossing just POPS!
Next I grabbed my 'Botanical Builder Framelits' and die-cut out this GORGEOUS Wisteria Wonder flower.
The circle framelits helped me to create the perfect layering circles element for my card.....

My Flamingo was stamped from the 'Pop of Paradise' set.  And I used Flirty Flamingo ink to stamp my flamingo.
Some Flirty Flamingo 3/8" Ruched Ribbon was added to the top of my tag ........ Along with some of my signature stitching around the outer edges of my tag.
And the finishing touch was adding some of the 'Affectionately Yours' Designer Washi Tape to the bottom of my tag.

Wine Down Wednesday - Happy Christmas

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........
How's this for a WOW FACTOR kind of holiday card!
I used the 'Oh What Fun' stamp set and some Gold Embossing Powder to create this GORGEOUS sentiment for the front of my card.
My Holly Berries were created with the help of the 'Leaflets Framelits' and the 1/2" circle punch.
Using my scoring tool......I scored my leafs right down the center and then grabbed my sponge dauber and added some Old Olive ink to the edges of my two leafs.
I added a tiny piece of 1/8" Gold Ribbon to the bottom of my Whisper White panel.....
And that's all it took to call this card DONE!

3-D Tuesday-Envelope Pouch

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project is SUPER QUICK and SUPER EASY to create and the greatest feature is you can make this pretty pouch with any size envelope.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.
For this pretty pouch I began by cutting off the top flap to one of the envelopes I received from a past Paper Pumpkin Kit.
I used the cut off flap to decorate the front of my pouch.
I then scored my envelope (the length of my envelope) 1" at the bottom and then turned my envelope and scored 1" in the corners (just from the bottom of the envelope to the 1" score line I first made).  And that gave me the gusseted section for the bottom of my pouch.  All I need to do was tuck the flaps in and that gave me the base for my pouch.
I wrapped some Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine around my pouch for a little added extra.....
And then die-cut a flower from the 'Botanical Builder Framelits and stamped a yummy sentiment to the front of my pouch.
My pouch was packed full of Salt Water Taffy and the cello bag was topped off with some (now retired) Ribbon and a pretty 'Just For You' tag.
I have to say........That this made for a darling little gift for someone special in my neighborhood.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
