3-D Tuesday-Just A Note Box

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project was inspired by last weeks 3-D Note Box.  It is a fun little lidded box that was shared by Valerie Moody and is a great project to make for that someone special in your life.  This project takes minimal supplies and comes together pretty darn quickly.  Let me share that project with you now........
This box of notecards came together as a result of a video done by Valerie Moody.  Here is a link to that video (http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=Stamping+with+Val&view=detail&mid=3CC3D11D67D180AD89B93CC3D11D67D180AD89B9&FORM=VIRE)
As you can see I created my box with Watermelon cardstock and when you remove the Whisper White lid ........ there are four matching A2 size cards inside.
The cards were created using the Watermelon Wonder Envelope Paper and the sentiment is from the 'Picture Perfect' stamp set.
Each tag on the cards were topped off with some Watermelon Wonder 1" Dotted Lace Trim......
And I also used that Dotted Lace Trim around the lid of my box.
And a final touch for each of the cards was lining each envelope with some envelope paper.
A FANTASTIC PROJECT that made the perfect gift for a very special friend.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Mix-It-UP! Monday-Let's Celebrate Upgrade

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional products (found in the NEW 2016-2017 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog) to bring this card up to the next stamping level.
Here's my Spot-Light Sunday card on the LEFT........
And my Mix-It-UP! Monday card on the RIGHT......
I just loved the original layout on my Spot-Light Sunday card ........ So my upgrades are very minimal.
First upgrade I made was giving my 'Let's Celebrate!' sentiment a POP.  To get that pop ....... I used clear embossing powder and my heat gun to shine up my sentiment.  I also added some of the new (SERIOUS YUMMY) 3/8" Sweet Sugarplum Ruched Ribbon around my sentiment banner.
Each of my balloons were rounded and popped up to given them some extra dimension.
To achieve that dimension I worked on the backside of my balloons with a foam mat and the cap of my White Gel Pen.  I simply ran my White Gel Pen cap around the outer edges of my balloons and that caused the balloons to curve and curl just a tad.  I added some dimensional adhesive to the backside of my balloons and then adhered each of them onto my card.
Two FANTASTIC CARDS........
I would love to hear which one you like the best.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a 3-D Tuesday project with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Spot Light Sunday-Let's Celebrate

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a card I created using product from the new 2016-2017 Stampin' UP! Catalog.  This card uses lots of new product from that catalog ...... So let me jump right in with my card share for today.........
How would you like to receive this card in the mail!
I stamped my 'Let's Celebrate' sentiment with the new 'Confetti Celebration' stamp set.  I used the new Sweet Sugarplum In-Color to stamp my sentiment.
The balloons were created with the 'Balloon Bouquet' punch.  I used Sweet Sugarplum, Flirty Flamingo and Perfect Plum cardstock to create my balloons.
I also used the new 'Playful Palette Designer Series Paper Stack' to add a bit of fun to the center of my Whisper White base card.
And that is all it took to put this happy and bright card together.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you a Mix-It-UP! Monday version of this very same card ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Paper Pumpkin Saturday-4 Square Card

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Paper Pumpkin Saturday ........... And do I have a fun card to share with you!  This card was made with my March Paper Pumpkin kit and I only used a few additional Stampin' UP! products to complete this card.  I'm thrilled with the way this card turned out.  Let me share that card with you now.......
I'm just crazy with the way this card turned out.
I began this card by stamping my Bermuda Bay flowers and 'thank you' sentient onto Whisper White cardstock.  I then punched each of the stamped images out with a circle punch and matted each with a Soft Sky circle.  Then I mounted each assembled circle to a Bermuda Bay/Whisper White square layer and attached them to one of the base cards that came with this kit.
I created a panel across the top of my card with product I had on hand ...... And I grabbed some Bermuda Bay Baker's Twine and added that to the top of this panel.
For a final touch ........ I added three of the pearls that came with this kit to the bottom right hand corner of my card - And called this card DONE!
This card is being sent to one of my friends back in Madison ........ and I'm sure they will SMILE BIG when they receive it.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Spot-Light Sunday card with you ....... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Tag Thursday

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today, I will feature a tag I created and show you how easy it is to use minimal supplies to create another SUPER FUN BIRTHDAY TAG.  Now that you have the details for this weeks Tag Thursday ....... Let's jump right in with my tag share for today.
This birthday tag was SO MUCH FUN to create.
I began by stamping my yummy pink cupcake from the 'Cupcake Party' stamp set with Early Espresso and Melon Mambo ink.  I then used the Cupcake Builder punch to crop this little cutie out.
I mounted my cupcake onto a layered Whisper White Circle and Real Red Scallop Circle ........ and used dimensionals to pop the layers up.
My sentiment was stamped from the 'Age Awareness' set and the top of my tag was topped off with some Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.
And that's all it took to bring this fun birthday tag to life!!!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Friends Friday post with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Wine Down Wednesday-Thanks Kindly

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today........
This sweet cards comes together in a SUPER JIFFY!
I used the 'Large Polka Dots' embossing folder on my Very Vanilla panel to create a tiny bit of a WOW FACTOR on an otherwise plan piece of cardstock.  I grabbed the 'Bohemian Designer Series Paper' along with some Perfect Plum and Soft Sky cardstock and built a center layered panel on the front of my card.
The center panel was topped off with a circle die-cut out from the 'Circles Collection Framelits' and my sweet sentiment (from the 'One Big Meaning' stamp set) was stamped onto that circle.
And for a final touch of "Kadie", I added a pretty Melon Mambo flower with a 'Very Vintage Designer Button' in the center.  And one final touch was adding some Linen Thread behind my button ........ and this project was complete.
So there you have it friends ...... a sweet card that would look FANTASTIC in all different color combinations.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Tag Thursday creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

3-D Tuesday - Birthday Lid Box

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This project is the PERECT BIRTHDAY GIFT to create for that someone special on your list.  It pretty easy to put together and when filled with 5 or 6 coordinating birthday cards - It makes a very special gift.  Let me share that Birthday Lid Box with you today.......
My fellow demonstrator and good friend Lynn shared with me the video for this box.  It was created by Valerie Moody.....who is a FABULOUSLY TALENTED Stampin' UP! Demonstrator.
This is what the back of the box looks like.......And as you can probably tell.....The box comes together in two pieces.  Thus....the name of a Birthday Lid Box.
As if the box wasn't a pretty enough gift......check out what I created for the inside of my birthday box.  I made 4-coordinating cards and envelopes for it.
The box was made with Melon Mambo cardstock and I used the large 'Dots and Stripes Decorative Masks' to add a pretty pattern to my Melon Mambo lid.
The front of the box was stamped with the 'Build a Birthday' stamp set ...... And I just picked several BRIGHT COLORS to stamp my candles.
The card mirrored the front of the back......So all I did was stamp my candles and then added a couple small pieces of Melon Mambo onto the Whisper White cardstock.  I also wrapped some Whisper White Baker's Twine around my top Melon Mambo piece of cardstock to add a little 'something-something' to that cardstock.
So how ADORABLE is this fun little birthday box!
Many thanks to Val for providing this darling little project for me to make.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine Down Wednesday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Mix-It-UP! Monday-Layering Love Take 2

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but I added a couple additional products (found in the 2016-2017 Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog) to bring this card up to the next stamping level.
My Spot Light Sunday card is on the LEFT.........
And my Mix-It-UP! Monday card is on the RIGHT......
For my Mix-It-UP! Monday card I used several new In-Colors to create the flowers on my card.
I also added some of the SUPER YUMMY new 3/8" Dapper Denim Ruched Ribbon to the top of my sentiment panel.
And my sentiment was stamped onto a fun banner that I created for this card.
Here's what all the new In-Color flowers look like when punched out with the 'Blossom Bunch' punch.
I added a 'It's My Party' enamel dot to the center of each of my flowers ..... And that just put each of my flowers OVER THE TOP!
So there you have it friends......Which one is your favorite?

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a 3-D Tuesday project with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
