Mix-It-UP! Monday - CREEPY Snow Globe

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Mix It UP! Monday and I have an upgraded version of the card I shared with you yesterday.  I used the exact same product that was used to create yesterday's card ....... but added a couple additional products (found in the 2015 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog) to bring this card up to the next stamping level.
Here's a recap of my card from yesterday (on the left) and my upgraded version of that very same card (on the right).
How creepy fun is this Halloween card.
Taking the base of this Halloween Snow Globe card and embossing that base with some silver embossing powder took this card up one level.......
Adding some Pumpkin Pie ribbon across the center gave it another stepped up level......
But the final addition was adding some 'Crystal Effects' to the eyeballs of this spooky skull.
So there you have it friends.  Two great Halloween cards ....... that represent my version of spooky/creepy.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a 3-D Tuesday creation with you ....... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Paper Pumpkin Saturday

Happy Saturday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Paper Pumpkin Saturday ........... And do I have a SUPER FUN card to share with you!  This card was made with my July Paper Pumpkin kit and I'm just CRAZY NUTSO with the way this card turned out.  Let me share that card with you now.........
How fun is this card with coordinating envelope!
I had some extra pieces left over from my July Paper Pumpkin kit and came up with this fun 'thanks a latte' card.
My first mission was to stamp one of my cups with the 'thanks a latte' image that came with this kit.  Then decorated all three cups with some fun polka dots and plaid designs.
After I stamped my three cups I just added a small amount of glue to the back of each of them and stacked them on top of each other.  I adhered them with dimensional adhesive to one of the spiral note panels that came with this kit.
Here's a closer look at the three stacked cups.
Of course I couldn't leave the envelope naked......So I colored in another one of the cups and adhered it directly to the corner of my envelope.
And there you have it friends ........ A darling little card that will be sent to one of my hard-core coffee-drinking buddies!

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Spot-Light Sunday card with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Tag Thursday - Wine Down Tags

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Tag Thursday.  Today I have a fun little tag that I made for yesterday's Wine-Down Wednesday Event.  My theme for this Wine-Down Wednesday was Christmas ....... And I have lots of new product loaded onto these tags.  Let's jump right in with my tag share for today.....

Here's what was waiting for the ladies who attended my Wine-Down Wednesday class last night.
I used the new 'Peaceful Pines Framelits Dies' to cut out my Christmas Tree shape.
Next I grabbed one of the stamps from the 'Peaceful Pines' set and stamped my tree image directly onto my 4-1/4"x 2" tag.
And added some 1/4" circles to the tree ....... And prettied them up with some Crystal Effects.
I also added some of the new and simply yummy Real Red Pompom Trim (LOVE THIS STUFF!)
And topped my tags off with some of the Silver Cording Trim and BEYOND YUMMY 1/8" Real Red Striped Ribbon.
My tag base was either Garden Green or Pear Pizzazz cardstock......
And one final touch was adding the ladies door prize ticket to their tags.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share some Friends Friday card creations with you ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Wine Down Wednesday

Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is Wine-Down Wednesday.  My middle of the week card feature for today will hopefully offer you some inspiration and provide you with some motivation to keep you moving through your busy week.  While waiting for the Holiday Catalog to be released ....... I've come up with a fun little reindeer card to share with you today.
This card uses two current Stampin' UP! Christmas stamps.....
First up is this darling little reindeer from the new "Santa's Gifts" set.
And the sentiment is from the "Wondrous Wreath" set.
I used the "Merry Moments" Designer Series Paper to create my three banner flags.......And I clipped the ends with the new "Banner Triple Punch" and added a single Rhinestone at the bottom of each banner.
A simply darling little holiday card.  This is the perfect card to mass-produce.......and gives you the opportunity to get a jump on making all those holiday cards.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Tag Thursday creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

3-D Tuesday Note Pad Holder

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
My blog post for today is 3-D Tuesday.  That means today I have a fun little 3-D project to share with you.  This is a project that I made some time ago and totally forgot to post it to my blog.  This is one of those SUPER QUICK and SUPER EASY project to create.  Let's jump right in with my project share for today.
How fabulous is this super happy note pad holder!
The measurements for this holder are a 10-1/2"x8" piece of cardstock.  And then you score the long side at 1, 2, 7-1/2 and 8-1/2"........And the short side is scored at 1, 2, 6 and 7".
Your DSP panel is 3-3/4" x 1-3/4".
And here is what your cardstock should look like when you have it all cut and scored.
These are the two note holders I created for my Early Bird Door Prize Drawings at a recent Stamp Camp.
The one thing that you want to make sure you do is use a 1" circle punch and punch out a small notch at the bottom end of your holder.......It makes removing the note pad sheets SO MUCH EASIER!
So there you have it friends.  A pretty project that is not only fun to make ....... but a real joy to give away as a gift to that someone special.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a Wine-Down Wednesday card creation with you ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Mix-It-UP! Monday - Spooky Halloween

Here is the card I shared with you yesterday (on the left) and my upgraded version of that very same card (on the right).
Here's a closer look at that spooky/fun card.
Instead of stamping the spider web image onto my card ........ I used the new "Spider Web Doilies" on the left hand side of my base card.
I stamped the same 'Happy Halloween' image in the new Basic Black Archival pad (which is AMAZING!)......and then I stamped it again in Tangelo Twist and cut that piece out and adhered it directly onto my Basic Black piece.
I punched my black spider out with a 3/4" circle punch and added him directly onto my Tangelo Twist piece.
I used the Tangelo Twist 5/8" Striped Ribbon along with the Silver Metallic Thread to add strands of both of these fibers behind my 'Happy Halloween' sentiment and finally popped the entire piece up with lots of dimensional adhesive.

So there you have it friends........A mixed up Halloween card that goes the extra distance and was a whole bunch of fun to create.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share a fun 3-D Tuesday project with you ......... Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

Spot-Light Sunday - Happy Halloween

Happy Sunday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Spotlight Sunday ....... And I have a wonderful new product card to share with you.  It's product that is featured in the new 2015 Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog.  This Spotlight Sunday card is the perfect Halloween card to create if you are short on time.........and need to make a bunch of cards up in a hurry.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today.
This card uses the new "Witches' Night" stamp set.
I used the spider web stamp that is included in this set and stamped webs all over my Tangelo Twist panel.

I then stamped my extra large 'Happy Halloween' sentiment onto a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and used the "Lots of Labels" Framelits to die-cut it out.
I separated the Tangelo Twist fibers from the 5/8" Stripe Cotton Ribbon and made a pretty Tangelo Twist bow for the top of my die-cut sentiment.
I also stamped the '31' from this sentiment stamp and punched it out with the 3/4" circle punch and adhered it directly onto my card.
\
Love how this card turned out and think it makes a Spooky Halloween card for the upcoming holidays!
