Mix It UP! Monday - Brick Wall Butterfly Card

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends!

Today is Mix It UP! Monday  and I have a great stepped up card to share with you.  I shared with you yesterday my version of a card I created and today I have the 'Mixed-Up! version of that very same card.  Today's card version uses the exact same product used to create yesterday's card ....... with some additional product and a fun stamping technique.  Let's jump right in with my card share for today......

My Spot-Light Sunday card is on the LEFT ........ And my upgraded version of that very same card is on the RIGHT!

As you can see from this picture ........ I really stepped up this card and added some real WOW FACTOR all around this card.

To start with ...... I gave my Cajun Craze background panel a fun face-lift by using the new "Brick" embossing folder on it. 

I also stepped up the color combination for my butterfly and added Early Espresso ink to the body o my butterfly.

And one final touch was to add three small banner flags (2-Early Espresso and 1-Daffodil Delight) to the bottom right hand edge of my sentiment panel.  I also added three Candy Dots to each of the banner flags......(Not sure what happened to the one Daffodil Delight Candy Dot on the top Early Espresso banner....it must have fallen off while filming).  

So there you have it friends ....... One basic style card and then a second version of that very same card that added a whole new level of WOW to this card.
