Decorated Pumpkin

It's Count-down time......
11 more days and I will be leaving for Wisconsin......

Today I have a fun little Thanksgiving/Fall decorating project to share with you.  It's one that you probably have all the supplies for in your home.  Check out this SUPER FUN pumpkin........

This pumpkin was decorated with a common household item.......

It's a roll of Toilet Tissue that has been wrapped with orange streamer crepe paper.

All you do is take your roll of crepe paper and wrap it around your roll of toilet tissue.

The hole in the toilet tissue makes it perfect to slide the paper into and around.....until you have the entire roll of toilet tissue covered.

After your toilet tissue is completely covered.......all you have to do is begin decorating your covered pumpkin with some fall leaves.

I grabbed my leave dies and die-cut out lots of different sizes and colors........And then ran them through my Big Shot using the Woodgrain embossing folder.  My final touch was to add some sponging along the edges of each leaf.

I added a couple thin strips of Early Espresso cardstock here and there.....and my covered pumpkin looks perfect as a holiday decor piece in my guest bathroom.
