Party Card

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Today both my daughters are starting their "time off" from work with me.  I will have BOTH OF THEM to myself till Monday.  We are heading out for a pedicure this morning and then maybe driving up North to go shopping at the Outlet Mall in Wisconsin Dells.  Tomorrow we are going to head over to the Milwaukee area and do some serious shopping at Johnson Creek.  No special pictures today........but here's some of the beautiful sites of lovely Madison, Wisconsin..........

Here's the beautiful State Capitol.......in downtown Madison.
The location where Jack and I had our first date.....
And the entrance to State Street.....
LOVE THIS TOWN!

Today I have a Party Card to share with you ....... One that when I saw this new stamp set from Stampin' UP!........I knew I just had to have it.  Check out this super awesome card.
I used the new Epic Alphabet stamp set.......and the Subtles DSP stack to create this card.
My Epic Alphabet set was stamped directly onto the DSP that was punched out using the Pennant Punch.  I layered the pieces in Bermuda Bay and Pool Party.
I also used the Scallop Border Punch to create the panel at the bottom of my card
And used some Silver Shimmer Paper to add some sparkle to my card with the Star punch.
Here's a close-up of my stamp pennants and......the silver punched stars.
Think this card turned out GREAT.......
Hope to use it for an upcoming party this fall.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you a BEAUTIFUL embossed "LOVE" card ........ Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

  1. Oh my gosh . . . that "party" font is adorable (as is your card). Who forgot to turn the sun on in Mad-Town?

  2. What a seriously FUN card. I love the pennants and that you stamped on them. I think you enabled me to get the Epic Alpha set! I love the stripes in it. Love the scalloped piece in your card. So cool!
    Thanks for sharing!!
