Flap Over Card

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have a fun little flip-over card to share with you.  It's one that a  fellow SU Demo Linda shared on her blog (stampingwithlinda.typepad.com) and I knew I just had to create this little card and share it with you.  Let's jump right in with this card share.
Here is this fun little flip over card.  I used the Vivid Vases stamp set to create this amazing card.
Here is the magic to this card.  The Vivid Vases image actually flips up and over the front of your card to expose a space for you to write the perfect little message.  The flap over piece is a panel of 1-3/4" x 4-1/2" and you will line that panel piece onto the embossed cardstock piece and adhere it to the backside of your embossed cardstock panel.
Your stamped image will then be adhered onto the flap over panel by using two dimensionals to the far left hand side of this panel and adhering it down onto your flap over piece.
Here's what the Vivid Vases stamped image looks like.......
And a close-up of the vases......Which were stamped onto five different colors of cardstock and then I fussy cut out each of the vases and adhered them right over my stamped image on the center of my card.
Here's what the inside of my card looks like.  The Whisper White panel that is adhered to the center of my Chevron embossed panel will fit perfectly if you line it up to the back-side of your flap over panel and then press it down onto your embossed panel.  This will create the "perfect fit" onto your card.....so it's hiding behind your flap over panel.
So there you have it friends.  A darling little card that is not only pretty to look at.....but will also be fun for the person receiving this card to open up.  MANY THANKS to Linda for sharing how to make this card.

Thanks for joining me today!  I'll be back tomorrow to share with you more cards I've made.........Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
